I place an order for 3 mini flashlights in January and i have not receive anything from them. They keep saying its in transit in my country and when i ask the name and adress for the shipping partner in my country so i could go and collect it, they sent the same nonsense about package in transit in my country. Dont purchase anything from them. Its a scam

My experience has been horrible! I ordered an item and immediately tried to cancel the order. I was was unsuccessful. My item finally arrived after Christmas and I immediately sent a email asking how I could return the item. The vendor came back with an offer for a refund in the amount of $5. I declined the offer and told them that I need the purchase price plus the sales tax. So they refunded the amount of the sales tax. I contacted them again and now they won’t respond to my emails

Ordered bum bags 12.8.25....ad stated made and shipped in USA. NOT the case, coming from Europe?? It is just now heading to the US 12.24.25. No updates are ever sent, tracking # is useless!!

Took 1 week to get a tracking number that I had to chase up, followed the tracking number and then it’s gone does not exist so I contacted them keep getting replies that it’s in transit and need to patient. Now I have another tracking number that also has no information. If it’s “in transit” it has a number that has old information. They reply but I’ll never get a helpful answer, I’ll never see my purchase and I’ll never get my money back as my emails just keep going around and around. Stay away

I ordered the bum bag. Definitely did not receive item that was featured in video. Much smaller than expected and not the purse I saw...very disappointed

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND COMPLETELY NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THEIR VIDEO WHICH BTE IS NO LONGER UP HMM I WONDER WHY MY PURCHASE WAS 55.00 AND THE BEST THE CAN DO IS REFUND ME IS 11.00 US DOLLARS. WHAR A SCAM. I AM DEMANDING MY REFUND AND THEN I AM REPORTHING THEM TO THE BBB AND WHOM EVER ELSE I NEED TO. IT STATES THAT THE PRODUCT IS LEATHER BY NO MEANS IS IT LEATHER. I PURCHASED OTHER ITEMS FROM CHINA AND PAID A LOT LESS AND I HAVE RECEIVED SO MANY COMPLEMENTS ON THOSE ITEMS.

Never received my order. Cannot get in touch with the company. They stole my money!!! Do not order from this company ever 😡😡

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent order. I purchased two crossbody bags, but after waiting over a month, I received items that are clearly not what I ordered.

I already responded to your last email by providing photos that show a clear discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received. I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution. Blaming the shipping company does not address the wrong items being sent. This issue lies squarely with your fulfillment process, not the carrier.

I am requesting the following:
1. A full refund or the correct items to be sent immediately.
2. A return shipping label for the incorrect items (if required).
3. A clear response within 5 business days or I will have to escalate this through my payment provider and file a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.

Please address this promptly.

If it was allowed me to give negative stars, I would ordered a bag never received it just kept getting the same email telling me to check with my neighbors in my post office. I told them several times I had already and all they kept doing was telling me to check with the post office and my neighbor neighbors. I’ll just report it to my bank this is a scam website.

This was absolutely the worst service I order 2 knives on 6/1/2025 and received only one on7/13 I reached out to either get the missing one shipped and they offered me $5 I declined they countered with $12 I’m just going to dispute with my bank because they are terrible and take 48 hrs to repo d between replies Don’t waste your money or time with this company

The product, "a super powerful torch" sic, was nothing like the advertising garbage. It was complete rubbish. It was flimsy plastic, with pretty ordinary power, hopeless battery life and failed within weeks. I threw it away so can't return. In any event I don't feel like dealing with people who clearly lie about the products they sell. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

The product advertised wasn't no where near what your address says I could have got that flashlight for $2 at a dollar store I will not be recommending any of my friends or family for the flashlight that doesn't work very well at all

I ordered 2 realistic puppies and they are not what described or what the video showed. Complete knock off and not only that that will not cover the return shipping fee

I ordered two books on December 20, 2024. I was notified they were coming from Ireland after I placed the order. According to tracking # package arrived in USA on January 6, 2025. Tracking number changed and when a package finally arrived on January 21st it was a flat padded envelope and return address was a false address in Texas, 88 miles away. There were no books in the order. Just a few stickers, two silk flowers, two bookmarks, two highlighter pens. Certainly not what I paid for. Very disappointed. Customer service offered me a $4 compensation.

Trust pilot did not like my review and threw it out despite the fact that it was the same as other one star reviews. And despite emails my issue with curtainguess has not been resolved. No product, no refund!

Just a scam! I paid for a surprise book! The video showed a full size book and cute stickers. I got a 4 pg pamphlet of book! I have the address and name of girl that mailed these out and took my money. She must have messed up and put it on shipping label. I just want my money back.

Give me my money back! Order #27994S55238, I have never received my flashlight! I called the tracking company, 17Track, the phone # goes to Gogloblepost.com 1-888-899-1255, 17Track.net is a bogus company, when I emailed you that, you said 15Track, same phone number, they are bogus as is JS_Express, all belonging to Go global post. I did find a phone number 400-035-3518, I tried 1-400-035-3518, yeah neither one of those worked. I really wanted to know the address the package was delivered to. I have a mail service, just like the post office, there are 3 ladies that get the mail only, I can’t argue with them that they had received my package because the tracking only says the town it was delivered too. I live in a casino town, it could have gone anywhere had it came. But because you had changed the tracking number then the shipping company, I started to believe you were a scam. It was confirmed when I called Gogloblepost.com and they told me to cancel my credit card. I didn’t, I contacted PayPal who I thought would help me. They didn’t so now I am relying on my bank. But no one should buy anything from this website, it’s a scam!

Ordered a high pressure shower head from a fancy ad on the internet. Took a month to get it. Was the biggest Ripoff I've seen in a long time. Stay away from this company................

WARNING - this site is a scam. Purchased flashlight on their site and never received it. I contacted them and they said that they delivered the product to my home but that was a lie. They advised that I should check with my neighbors to see if they received the delivery. Also, they said that I should check with the post office and local delivery company. This is a true scam. Don’t fall for it.
