I tried to buy the Embroidery stitch book online. It was reduced and there was a time limit on the discount. I used PayPal but the payment would not go through. The site asked for another form of payment e.g. Credit Card. I repeated the pay now through PayPal several times and it still would not go through. Fortunately PayPal had flagged this site as a no go. Thank-you PayPal. My google research after the fact informed me that it was not a trustworthy site. Beware buyers!!!!

STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED.
I ordered the embroidery stitch book.I followed tracking every time it was sent. Package hit customs, which is in california united states of america.On 01/28/2026. on It was supposedly delivered on 01/29/2026 to North Carolina. During our 12 inch snow storm. Confirmation recieved a week after supposedly delivered. I called cc company, they filed a claim. The Embroiderym.com sent me USPS delivery info. Tracking number. USPS phone number. I call post office and the tracking number associated with my package was delivered elsewhere. Why? Because that the address on the package. Not mine. This place is a RIP OFF. A FARSE. A CRAPPY place to deal with.
FYI I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT. This company offered me a replacement for all my trouble. This was almost 2 weeks ago.

I ordered cedar garland i order 8 of them. $80+. It wasn't anything as advertised. I ask for a refund. Im getting the run around. Offered me a $7 compensation. They are up to $20 now. This is a complete scam !!! Do not order from here. I want a refund!! The have a policy if not satisfied you can get a total refund

My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I waited far too long for basic confirmation and a tracking number, and only received updates after repeatedly emailing them. Every message was met with a new excuse about delays. When I finally asked them to cancel my order, I was suddenly told the item had already shipped, complete with an overseas tracking number.

When the package arrived, it wasn’t even what I ordered. When I reached out about the mistake, they insisted their warehouse showed the “correct” item was sent. After several back-and-forth emails, I asked for a full refund and said I would return the incorrect item if they provided a prepaid return label. Instead, they offered me a $5 credit and claimed it was “too expensive” to take the item back.

This is not acceptable customer service. I received the wrong item and still haven’t been offered a proper resolution. I’m requesting a full refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I sadly didn't do my due diligence when purchasing from this place like I usually do. I bought the embroidery sampler book. After the 2 weeks the company said it would be delivered I reached out to them trying to cancel the order. They could not as it had been sent. Over the course of several emails and a couple more weeks, I got no action. When I told them my credit card company had refunded my money, I suddenly got a tracking number and the book came about 4 days later. The book was horrible. It was only 4x6, you couldn't read the print on the pages and there was no way to sew the sample...no directions either. I told them I wanted to send it back as they suggested if I didn't like it, and never heard anything back. I sent a message after 2 more weeks and told them I gave it to the local thrift store and considered the matter closed.

I purchased 2 embroidery sample book. They claim it is linen NOT IT IS POLYESTER. I was suppose together buying at their special price. Changed the numbers after PayPal went through, I have tried to get answer . No contact. STAY away. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I did not receive what I ordered , I also paid for 7 days delivery and it took 5 weeks , this a fraudulent company that steals peoples money , shame on you , wish I could have given minus 5 stars , the attitude through emails was disgraceful

This company is a rip off. Very poor customer service. My order was approximately $30. I was unhappy with the quality, asked to return, was told they would give me $2 compensation. I again asked for a return label, they said it would cost them too much. I have been back and forth many emails. The offer is $6 now. The only way to contact them is through the email on their site. Takes a long time to get an answer. There is no phone number, no supervisor to communicate with. I would never order from them again. They scam people out of their money. The website leads you to think you can return for a full refund. I actually filed a scam report with the BBB. I am still waiting for expecting a full refund .

I ordered and paid for 2 shirts and never received them. I waited weeks and contacted them multiple times and they replied it was delivered 3-21 to my front door. It was not. I have camera security around my home and there was no delivery. I posted an inquiry on my neighborhood app and it wasn't delivered to anywhere in my area. I contacted UPS and USPS and there was no such tracking number for them. I asked them to replace or refund my money but they did neither. They were just very rude about the whole situation. Instead, they blocked me from their site. I have the emails and correspondence between them and I so they can't lie about it. I would NEVER buy anything from them. I did order the same shirts for a different seller and received them promptly. Don't buy from Embroiderym.... other sellers have the same products at the same prices.

I purchased items from this company that didn’t fit, and when I asked for a return authorization and a refund, they offered me a $2.00 which I did not accept and then someone wrote back to me offering a $3 refund stating that they would take it out of their own check for salary. If for some reason you need to return something to these folks don’t count on getting anything back. The final note I got from them was they have done everything they can to get me a satisfactory refund, which is BS.

Bought three pair of bras. They are too big and its been a novel to change them to a smaller size or just send them back and get my money.
I really hope the customer service can solve this small problem.

This is such a scam. I tried to order the stitch book & the amount I authorized was NOT the amount they tried to take from my account. Luckily I move the exact amount I need to my cash app account so it declined. Immediately another charge tried to go through from another site. They would’ve taken about $65 out of my account. I blocked them.
Also, look at these ‘good’ reviews. Do that many customers actually use the word ‘sleek’ to describe things? FAKE. This review is as real as they get!

I ordered from an Instagram ad saying I would get all the materials for the book, thread, scissors, needle, instructions & passkey to online help. What I got was a bound book (making stitching almost impossible.} No thread, needle, scissors, instructions, or the promised links to the online help. I contacted them over the mistake, even sent them a copy of the ad and a picture of what I received. They offered me $6 back. They kept saying I received what I ordered. I ended the communication because they would not admit to lying OR send me what I paid for. Therefore, in my opinion, it is bait and switch and a money making scam. Do not order from them.

Not a fan!! And neither should you. I ordered the stitch book expecting more than just the pages of the book with no instructions, no needles or thread, plus had to wait over a month to receive the product. It ships from overseas to Georgia in the USA. After browsing Amazon it is quite clear that I was took. Buying from a pop-up add from a game app should have been my first clue. I am glad that I used PayPal instead of handing them over my debit card info. Moral of story is : First, if it sounds too good to be true, it is probably a scam. Secondly, do your research before buying!!!

Product arrived and is really unusable for its purpose. I ordered a stitch sample book which is way too small to be stitching on. No thread, needles or instructions. This is a SCAM.

Does the job nicely though despite the wait. I mean its kinda cute and functional but takin three weeks to show up was sorta annoyin. Quality aint bad however pattern looks sick.

Saw advertised on instagram, I ordered few bracelets before Christmas 2024, NEVER received anything. I decided to email them on 04/2025 telling them I never received my package, they emailed me back saying my package was delivered 25 days ago from April 15 2025. Told customer service I have never received and need my package or money back, their answer was: Sorry, we have indeed delivered it to you.
We recommend that you check the surveillance video at your door to see if the goods have arrived.
I don’t recommend this site and please don’t fall for instagram advertising.

I ordered a gift on February 4th for Valentines day. And it came in the mail on March 14 completely ruining my surprise. All my other purchases from other company came in February 14, but this took a whole month. There is no excuse for that and they need better mailing services.

I order 2 Inspirational Bible verses Jar. This is a gift I bought for my 2 daughters for Christmas. Since December I’m waiting for it and they kept on apologizing for the delay. Last month they told me that they send them to my town post office and that the post office send it back and of I can get a refund.I went to the post office and the post office clerk told me that this company never sent anything to me. This are scanners. I’m going to have to talk to my bank for a dispute or sue them . I also wish that there can be a zero for the rating . I also forgot to mention that they say the give me a refund but if I buy this products again.

I would give a 0 if was an option! I ordered in November of 2024 and it is now February, still have not received and they say it was delivered!! Do not order unless you want to give them your money!!
