Lovely quality curt

Arrived on time and curtains were lovely. The only problem is that we followed the measuring instructions but found the curtains just a little bit too short. Will have to do for now

Overall very happy with product

Overall very happy with product. Excellent quality and looks great. Was waiting full 6 weeks for item - had hoped it would be quicker but the lead time is 4-6 weeks. Only quibble would be the fact that there was no update on expected delivery date when I logged in to check order.
Did like that I received a follow up call to check order was received ok and I was happy with it. Would be happy to order again based on this alone.

Beautiful blinds at a great price

Love the blinds i ordered from Curtains.com! at least £15 cheaper than everywhere else!
Arrived well packaged and promptly with text and e-mail details of delivery.
Will be ordering from them every time now.

I bought the roman blind for my living…

I bought the roman blind for my living room and it looks beautiful and expensive! Cannot believe how cheap it was! I had a bit of trouble with the brackets, spoke to Natasha from customer service and she was brilliant! So helpful. Definitely recommend this company and I'll be buying more

Thanks to Natasha from customer services who put her heart into find my lost delivery

I have ordered blinds for my baby room from this company. Some mis calculations, I ordered the wrong size so i wanted to change it to bigger size. I spoke with the company 2 months after my purchase and they said they are happy to exchange it even it's out of 30days refund policy. They were happy to do that as i didn't want refund but i wanted exchange for a bigger size only. They suggested ordering a new one in bigger size and they will refund the one i wanted to exchange so it saves time to me to get my new product instead waiting them to receive the wrong one and send me a new one.. It was easy to reach and they were happy for me to refund the wrong size and order a new bigger size to save time for exchange.
I have delivered the item to their refund location myself as the location was convenient to reach rather than the post. However, my item that i delivered into their building got lost within the building somehow. Their customer service person, Natasha has been super helpful and she really stayed calm and put her heart into it to find it for about 3 weeks at the times i was frustrated that their building management couldn't track where my item was. After various phone calls and email exchanges, the item is found with Natasha's help. She has been super helpful and i really appreciate that as i was really sure my item must be somewhere there. They are renting office space so my advise is to send refunds via post rather than leaving in person like i did. But anyways, as a result, Natasha spent so many working hours to find my item. They called me today and gave me good news that item is found. Now I am waiting to see if their management is happy to refund my money as it's been over 4 weeks we tried to track the item so fingers crossed.

Curtains looked really really nice.

Curtains looked really really nice.. it matched our theme black and grey as well. Everyone repeatedly saying about the curtains on our house warming day. Thank you so much for stitching such nice ones... Ordered items arrived early as well.. definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy the same.
