Scam, bought and paid for a Pink Floyd glass…..didn’t arrive. Would give them 0 stars if I could. So cross with myself - should have checked first.

Don't fall for this. Scammer! No goods received. Gutted as was for a present

I ordered a ELO glass on the 31st of Ocober, and still no sign of it being delivered.
Not even a E_ mail to say ita been dispatched. Really cheesed off as was supposed to have been a present.

As literally everyone else says, this is a fraudulent scam. Money stolen, no goods. No website anymore, no email and no tracking.

No, order, no response to many emails, no goods and no refund. Email address incorrect and absolutely no help from shopify. Where do I go from here ?

Scammer. Paid for item nothing back from them. Tried to email them bloody nothing. Pack of bastards. Was for my son’s birthday. So annoyed.

This is a scammer, do not order good from them, the help line returns mail undelivered, goods paid for, no goods arrived.

They are a scammer company. Have tried to contact them. I tried to contact the company through Shop side. They don’t seem to get involved. I have lost money. Does not give me any confidence in buying online. Disgusted and annoyed I have lost money.

Not even 1 star - total rip off - ordered 3x the pink floyd commerative glasses over a month ago ... nothing

So, I ordered a limited edition Halloween Monopoly game from this shop on 26.10.25 and was advised it would take 5-8 days to get to me.

It has gone past that now.

I have messaged them twice to ask where my order is, and to refund me.. No response to either email. Shocking customer service.

My bank is now involved.

Avoid. This is a scam. Order never arrived and no answer to emails.

Not a good site bought a pink Floyd commemorative glass for my hubby sent lots of emails asking and no response so I’m going to contact PayPal and trading standards as it’s a scam site

Have not received my order after a month. Can't contact the company. The website is no longer in existence. Believe this company is a scammed! Beware!

Ordered from their website and a month later I have still not received the item. I have emailed them many times but still no reply

It s a scam, they don't respond to any e mail l sent and they don't t have a package tracking.

Made a purchase. Never received parcel tracking, neither an email notifying me about the shipment. All my emails went completely ignored. Thank God I paid with PayPal just to be careful (my spider-sense was tingling), so I've just opened a PayPal controversy to have my money back.

Just horrible site
You can buy a monopoly you can pay you get an confirmation of your payment and then it's quiet... you can't get any response to an email...you can't check your tracker and the site is completely of the grid. So do not buy because it's a scam big time!!!!!!
