Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience. Purchased an item (Broadway Musicals Monopoly 'Collectors Edition' online from them via the 'Shop' app. I have, therefore, got proof that the item was purchased on there. It provided a contact email, as well as their own shop email address so I thought that was more than quality service. I was wrong. The email for the individual contact it turns out doesnt reply to you neither does the shop on emailing them. My issue is that I haven't received any responses from numerous emails I've sent to both emails about the item purchased. I simply want to know when I am to receive this because it's a Christmas present for my Son. It's impossible to get a reply from them. There was, interestingly, no phone number on the website. Therefore I have got in touch with my bank to request a full refund. I am disgusted by their service and lack of (or at least willing) response. I need the public to know they are seemingly a scam, in case someone else has fallen for it like I did
