If I am being honest. The whole experience was an unorganised mess. M.G who I thought was a great salesman turned out to be a complete sh*t show. He completely forgot to assign me as the new registered keeper. I had to call him 8 days after I had purchased the car as I phoned the DVLA waiting for my logbook, to find out that it wasn’t even sent off! And then there was complete mess up with settling my finance on my old car to which I was then charged a large sum of money for my old car which I didn’t even have anymore! I then phoned my finance provider and they had told me that Audi Portsmouth had not even settled the finance. I was then in contact with the manager and it was all magically sorted after a couple of days. (BTW this all happened 14 DAYS after the handover).

It was a real shame because I was originally looking to by a car from another dealership and was told to trust Audi Portsmouth and that they could offer a better service but they were so wrong! I have been completely traumatised by this whole experience as a 21 year old. This wasn’t my first car purchase but I must say that buying my last car from CINCH was a breeze compared to this. I did expect better from Audi as the cars aren’t exactly cheap and if only the service was as high quality and premium as the cars.

I would just like to add that my mum and dad were looking to buy a car from Audi Portsmouth but after this experience, they will be avoiding.

Application, process and results were all easy. Online portal was simple and straightforward for document reading and signing.

Great customer service, Daniel was great with finding out what I was looking for in a car and when given a price for monthly repayments he was able to find a car I was happy with and can afford. Daniel answered any emails with answered that answered any questions I had.

Very easy process of applying for the finance, I have been financing with VW bank 3rd car now and would recommend it to everyone.

Had very bad experience with customer service I bought car in January 2026 id7 they did not give me real mad they said we did not have at the moment in stock we will deliver you at home I am still waiting for my mate the email me every two weeks they said we will be with you next week but after next week they Said up we are sorry we will arrange next week it happening since 4 month

I didn't have any contact whatsoever with VWFS during the acquisition of the new car.

All of my contact was via the Mitchell Skoda dealership, all with Dawn Sutton there.
Only contact direct with VWFS had been after I collected my new car and 2 weeks later I got letter setting out the payment schedule
