Scam website
My order did not arrive for weeks. Multiple times tried to reach out to seller, but they did not reply. In the end I gave up requested bank to reverse the transaction and as soon as I did that the seller shipped the items. I didn't need items by then, so I tried to contact the seller to send them back which they promised to do if I stop complaint with the bank. As soon as I did that they ghosted me again. This is clearly a scam - steer away and use ebay sellers to get your keyboard parts in UK.
Edit in reply to below: Thanks for confirming the way you scam. The only thing that is wrong there is that I cancelled the case and my bank did not side with you. The only time you replied to me was to request that cancellation and here to this review. Your service and communication is terrible, as you confirmed with your (delayed by a year) reply below.

Hello! This order was placed on the 13th of April at 8PM, dispatched on the 23th, then delivered on the 25th. This was within our 10-15 day delivery date which you agreed to at checkout. You also charged the order back on the 30th of April, after the item was delivered where you stated the "product unacceptable". This was never mentioned in messaged you sent to us. We provided evidence to your banking company and they sided with us on this order. We were happy to solve this directly but attempting to charge back the item on false claims made this incredibly difficult. But in case you need to please do order from our Ebay page! We are the number one seller on there as well!
