Absolutely awfull experience. I was sent a plain chinesse battery instead of the HP one illustrated in the pictures. Seller doesn't reply to any of the messages. I was forced to go trough PayPal and even so, I'm forced to sent the items back at my own expence. Items are shipped from China, so it's not UK based.
Do no buy from this seller!

Ordered new HP Laptop Battery beginning of February 2026. Two to three weeks after dispatch the courier EVRI returned package without ever attempting to deliver it. Contacted HP parts. They immediately sent another battery which arrived around 2 weeks later. Product is as expected, and works well. Just took too long to receive product.

PSU arrived promptly and administrative matter dealt with swiftly as well.

Sellers of counterfeit HP parts advertise a shop supposedly in the UK but ship from China. Despite asking if the battery I ordered was genuine and receiving a positive response, I received a counterfeit battery that was not recognized by my HP PC. I requested a refund, but they refused to provide a full refund and attempted to negotiate like they would at a Moroccan market. Dishonest and illegal!

Item arrived as promised. Emailed them as the tracking link didn’t work, they replied straight away and provided tracking details. Very good communication. The new laptop battery is working at 100%.

I ordered a new power supply for my laptop, unfortunately it was damaged in the mail, So did not work, I asked for a replacement or refund, and within a week, a replacement was arrived, and works perfectly. They loose 1 star, because I did not receive any emails, stating a replacement was on its way, I had to email them in order to get a reply.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong power cable for my laptop. They were quick to respond and came up with a solution where I sent mine to someone else and got a replacement, free of charge to me. Good communication and I was happy with this.

Good price and good communication. Had an issue with the first item but it was very quickly replaced and customer service was very good. New charger works great. Would use again.

I received my HP Pavilion charger today, and so far, so good. Excellent service, and within the time of arrival. I've tried the charger, and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Ordered a spare power pack for my HP Laptop, made the mistake of not checking it worked for a couple of months - when I contacted the HPPartsShop, they quickly sent me a replacement with no arguments. Great service

I bought what was supposed to be a genuine HP battery for my laptop. My suspicions were raise when it took over 2 weeks to arrive and during this time I got no response to emails requesting an update on the delivery. The item finally arrived from China.

The battery looked similar to the old one but didn't quite fit and I had to modify one of the tabs slightly.

This is clearly not a genuine HP battery and now after about 2 months of use it is completely dead.

This company is a total rip-off and has no affiliation with HP despite what its website name and branding may suggest.

I've now been onto the HP website and found a list of their authorised dealers and order a new battery from one of these, which wasn't that much more expensive than from these cowboys. This has arrived in 2 days and came nicely package in an HP cardboard box.

I haven't tried to claim a refund as I'm sure that they will not respond to emails. I have to chalk £45 down to experience. Go yourself a favour and steer clear.

I bought a HP Part but the shop didnt mention that I had to pay customs. It came incomplete without screws and handle to attach it to the laptop. It fits but I advise people to stay away from this selIer(Chinese) I would not have bought the item if I had known this. Stay away from this bad shop! CEO online TV Radio Europe

I ordered an internal optical drive for a laptop from this shop, but later I found that the necessary cables and plastic components to house an optical drive for my laptop were scarcely available on the market and thus priced so high that they were far more expensive than the optical drive itself, making it more cost-effective to just buy used old laptop with the components I needed. Thus, I asked to cancel my order and offered -10£ from my refund for shipping expenses, and despite customer service informed me within an hour that the package had been already sent, they also told me that they already contacted the logistics company to return the package, which they did manage, and my money are being returned. Considering that they could refuse my request as it was my mistake to not check all necessary components prior to purchase, and the package was already sent, I could not ask for more.

In December 2024 I ordered battery (KC04XL) for HP Envy. In January 2025 I got it. The quality is good. Now, with full battery I can use my laptop approximately 8-10 hours for excel without charging.

My company regularly order laptop chargers from HP Parts Shop. Had an issue once where the website part didn't match the actual item delivered but apart from that, items arrive within 10 days or so.

In the end the product arrived and was an excellent buy. I ordered a HP laptop battery May 2024. After the initial email confirmation from the company I heard very little, so communication I feel was poor, and with the other reviews I heard on trust pilot I was worried. I contacted PayPal after about 5 days. However, after 11 days the product arrived. The battery is perfect. As described. A brand new recently manufactured one (January 2024). I cannot comment on others experiences, but mine was just a very long wait, and not much communication. Hope this helps.

Counterfeit item sold through a Chinese website masking as a UK Web address. Fake item that doesn't work. Tried making me send it back for a refund at.my cost but I logged a PayPal claim and they went in my favour. I'd rather by a genuone 2nd hand item through eBay that buy fake stuff from this website. AVOID
