The preowned Powakaddy speed controller arrived in good time and works perfectly. Ed followed up my request for delivery information personally and confirmed its arrival.

My powakaddy trolley was having some issues due to its age, I contacted CustomPro golf by phone and verified what I needed, they were most helpful. I ordered two clutches, two axle brackets and two rear wheels, I also ordered a pin punch separately from a building company. When all the parts arrived I found it very easy to dismantle and reassemble and all the trolley issues have been resolved. Thank you for the advice.

Absolute disgrace, Order place on 9th September and absolutely nothing. Never answer phone or emails.

My golf trolley accessories arrived on time and exactly what was ordered.

Had a slight delay on the my order but was resolved very fast. Will not hesitate to use again.

Ordered some Chelsea headcovers in April and the purchase was charged directly on my card but no headcovers have showed up. First they answered that there were some supplier issues. Now when contacting the company (email, phone) they are never coming back.

My 15 year old son ordered a headcover nearly a year ago as my xmas present. It still hasn't arrived and he has been given no refund despite regular chasing. It's a disgrace to treat customers like this, particularly children. Avoid at all costs.

We needed a replacement wheel for a very old powakaddy golf trolley. After much searching CustomPro Golf had one - what a relief.

Ordered several club head covers on January 2024.

To this date, the goods have never arrived, despite initial "apologies" for "problems with the suppliers".

Now, emails never responded to, and phone goes straight to voicemails.

Will be contacting my bank to report the company as a Fraudulent company.

A friend gave me a very old Powakaddy electric trolley which was in need of an umbrella holder. I was dubious that it would fit the trolley but I needn’t have worried. It arrived promptly and was easy to fit and does the job. One star off as the quality isn’t top notch but perfectly adequate.

Had to hunt around to find a new Motocaddy wheel after my temper, and a 6 iron got the better off me. Found what I wanted with CustomProgolf, easy ordering and delivered quickly. Have learned lesson since and won't throw clubs in direction of trolley.
