Do not order through this website. I placed an order in January 2024; was told there were difficulties obtaining stock. I was told I could wait or have a refund. After a year of waiting and chasing, I requested a refund but have been blanked - no response to emails or voicemail at all. This is stealing and is appalling.

After phone calls nobody answer and emails that other the a standard auto response, no one answer. Not had goods not had a refund.
I feel riped off and cheated. Absolute disgrace.

DO NOT buy off this fraudulent company. Ordered something for my son for Santa and was let down and they blamed distribution for it yet the item is still in stock in their website. Still waiting on refund , very very disappointed with them and hope people do not use them

Ordered something in June 2024 for Father’s Day and received an email to say it was sold out but could wait until it was restocked or get a refund. Decided to wait and was advised I would receive it when it was available. Never received an email since and my emails have been ignored, phone lines are never on. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Warning this time of year for this company! Don't be tempted to order from them for Christmas or any other time. Out over $150 for a golf bag that was ordered over a year ago...never delivered...many excuses and then no refund!

Excellent service. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong wheels for my motocaddy trolley. I contacted Ed and returned them and he supplied the correct ones by return. A pleasure to deal with him and I will definitely use his services in the future.
