Used you before very good, this time had different sizes on the length up to 5mm.

It was cut too long and overhangs

Have ordered a few things from here. Wall panelling cut to size which was great. One gold sheet desk top which was damaged on delivery and a replacement ordered and unfortunately the most recent item was 12 mirrored acrylic sheets which arrived damaged. I have tried to get in touch for a refund and return but without luck - team is completely unresponsive and this was a large order of nearly £200.

I purchased a White Melamine MDF Desk Table Top from CutMy. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward order turned into a frustrating experience that lasted around two and a half weeks.

CutMy dispatched the order, but the courier experience was extremely disappointing. We are located in a commercial building with a reception that regularly accepts and coordinates deliveries. On two separate occasions, the driver apparently came to our street but left without even going to the reception to attempt delivery.

On the second occasion, I received a call from the delivery office while the driver was nearby. I specifically explained that the driver needed to go to the building reception, and I was told that this information would be passed to the driver. Despite this, the driver still did not go to reception and left without delivering the order.

After waiting several more days, I contacted CutMy customer support directly. To their credit, the member of staff contacted the courier company while I was on the phone and told me that the order would be redelivered the following day and that the driver would go to reception. Unfortunately, nothing happened and the delivery still did not arrive.

Around a week later, I contacted CutMy again. This time I spent approximately half an hour on hold without anyone answering my call. By this point, after repeated delivery failures, waiting and chasing for updates, I had lost confidence that the order was going to arrive.

I eventually emailed CutMy asking them to cancel the order and issue a refund.

The most disappointing part is not simply that the delivery failed. I spent approximately two and a half weeks waiting for a product that never arrived, despite making several attempts to help resolve the delivery issue. We had plans dependent on receiving the desk top, and the delay caused considerable inconvenience and disrupted those plans.

I appreciate that CutMy uses a third-party courier and may not directly control an individual driver's actions. However, from a customer's perspective, I placed my order with CutMy, and I would expect them to ensure that their delivery partner provides a reasonable level of service and that repeated delivery problems are properly followed through.

I have given 2 stars rather than 1 because there was one positive aspect: once I finally requested cancellation, CutMy refunded my payment without further fuss, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was still very disappointing. Better communication, stronger follow-up with the courier and more effective intervention after the first failed deliveries could have prevented two and a half weeks of wasted time and inconvenience.

Mdf cut with beautiful smooth edges and accurate. Delivered safely (barely perceptible damage to one corner which was so negligible that it was lost when I screwed and glued the pieces together)

First order arrived very quickly and was fine and well packaged - delivered by APC.
Second order did eventually arrive and was also fine and well packaged and also I have to say spot on with the accuracy of dimensions which is great. However be warned it was delivered by the notoriously awful DX Delivery company which take several days to contact you with any delivery info until they send you an email and a delivery window between 8am and 6pm - and then they fail to show up BUT they state on their 'tracking' page that they attempted to deliver the package but there was no answer so 'card left' - they did no such thing and my security cameras proved it. This was on a Friday so infuriatingly I could do nothing until the Monday when the same email arrived and in fairness it did then get delivered in that window but it arrived 5 days after the original estimated delivery date from CutMy. But if you're working to to a schedule and value customer service and transparency I'd at least double check that DX aren't going to be the ones delivering it as they are the epitome of lack of professionalism. Shame because the product is good.

Cut accurately to my requirements and prompt deliver

Great product delivered on time and on spec

The order came on time and well wrap in a very protective wrapped Parcel.
The order was cut to my measurements and of good standard of workmanship and finish.

We ordered 3 x plinths for an event and were told they would arrive before the date we needed. We chased this as we hadn't heard anything further from the company and were told the plinths would arrive the next day, and that the customer service agent would send a message to production to speed this up.
We called the next day as we hadn't been given a time of delivery to then be told the plinths were in fact not completed and the only way we would receive them on time would be to send our own courier.
The customer service agent gave us a discount of £200 due to the plinths being unfinished, however, we then had to order a courier for £230 and so ended up being further out of pocket.
There was no desire to help and we were told it was 'on us' that we ordered a courier.
I would not recommend CutMy and won't be using their services in the future.

Ordered some perspex of certain sizes from this company. They arrived quickly and were perfect. Would recommend and use this company again.

Very good very high quality

Ordered 5 cupboard doors for my kitchen to size and they arrived wrapped very secure. They even put the hinge holes in place and I was able to hang them beautifully. I'd recommend this company, they are fantastic.
