Arrive late and not a great product,

I'm happy to add a screenshot of your emails which show Order and when you said it would be late so not fake just truth
I'll send emails to trustpilot which will prove what I've said is true so please feel free to claim it's a fake review,
Your 1st response implied I was a liar and you had no record of me ,now you confirm it was late which I said and I didn't think it was great so your problem is what , so you attempt to make out ive just made something up when you clearly write a lie about me so a 1 star is more than generous, we all have our own opinions and nothing I said wasn't true ,
Again your attempting to pass the blame off , late is late this is not my responsibility, and if your not 1 of the reviews I feel deserve my recommendation that is my decision so mentioning the fact that I only did 2 positive reviews shows that I prefer to give underwhelming products the reviews to prevent others being disappointed as I was with the rough peice of would with hardly legible engraving, it looked like something my kids did in school and not great was a polite response to the crap I received, so as you insist on trying to dismiss my review I now feel you need to hear my true feelings , shoddy tacky and not deserving of being put anywhere but the fire , I bid you good day

The tall long planters are wonderful. Nice and heavy and very well made. They look great.

I searched everywhere for sturdy wooden planters in a good size and really struggled to find anything suitable for a reasonable price. The planters I ordered from these guys are solid as a rock, excellently constructed and at a really reasonable price. The variety and configurations are great and I love that you can mix and match to find a combination that works for your space. I stained mine and they came up beautifully. I will be buying more! Can’t go wrong. Excellent fast delivery too given they are handmade to order. Courier was excellent and delivery was free. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect for what I needed and arrived quickly

Great service , really well made , haven’t planted them up yet , but I have ordered some trellises to go on the back so they will look even more amazing, it’s a shame they don’t make trellises as well , as I would of ordered them from this website

Ordered a bespoke internal door sign. Good quality but arrived with drilled holes rather than the requested 'no holes'... Company have apologised

Ordered one planter it was so nice ordered another. Delivery was prompt on the first item slight problem on the second one, through no fault of their own. It was dealt with very quickly and delivered in no time. I would definately use them again.

If there was a negative, then it would be the Royal Mail tracking wouldn’t let me track the order until it was “out for delivery” - but that’s not the Company’s fault.
