Customer service
I have several items from Cuts and I love this brand. Great quality and great customer service. I recently had an item that was outside the return window and approved the return.
Great Client Service
Had to exchange some t-shirts for a different size, and Heidi could not have been more helpful!
I love CUTS clothing
I love CUTS clothing, they fit very well and ever always comments on how toned I look which never happens in any of my other T’s! Ive had some for many years not too and they still look brand new! LOVE IT!
I love their clothes
I love their clothes. The shirts are stylish, fit well and last through repeated wash cycles. Cuts customer service is also very good. I recently ordered a shirt and got a medium instead of a large. When I informed them of the mistake it was rectified immediately. A business that knows how to treat its customers!

I have owned a decent amount of clothes from this company and they are great. If you're lean it fits perfect, but if you are a little bigger I definitely recommend sizing up. The support is also super great. I made a typo and FedEx also messed up delivery. I contacted support and communication and resolution was quick!
I absolutely love this brand
I absolutely love this brand. I order all my pants from Cuts because I honestly haven’t found anything comparable in France.
The designs are clean, modern, and extremely well done. The fit is excellent and the quality feels premium.
Customer service is also amazing. I had a sizing issue, and their team was extremely reactive and helpful — everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Cuts has become my go-to brand for pants, and I’ll definitely keep ordering from them. Highly recommended.
Quality dropped & sizes off-chart
I have been buying regularly since 2019 and always wore the same size. The lasting quality was amazing justifying the price.
My last order : the size was 5-10cm bigger, unwearable, fabric wrinkles and it is peeling off on the inside (elbow and back) after 2 weeks.
The sudden change in sizes is problematic when your business model is online only.
Was probably my last order, and the arrogant promotion tone since new management is not helping … I will keep wearing my amazing old ones till they address the sudden quality drop
The best
Cuts are my staple clothes to dress up or down. Great quality and timeless design.
Support Team
I have been working with Heidi the last few days to fix an order that came in wrong, and she was absolutely amazing.
Very efficient and helpful. I haven't had an issue with cuts before, and this time was the same. Her support was 10/10
The AO Tee Is Gone — CUTS Is a Different Company Now
From Uniform to Commodity — A Decade of Loyalty Discarded
I’ve been a CUTS customer for over a decade. Not casually — systemically.
I built my entire daily California wardrobe around the AO Curved Hem Tee. Dozens upon dozens of shirts. Carefully folded, color-organized, maintained. Same fit. Same fabric weight. Same construction. Every time. That consistency is what made a $50 T-shirt worth it.
My most recent purchase — 16 shirts — confirmed that the product I relied on no longer exists.
The changes are not subtle:
• The fabric is thinner and cheaper-feeling
• The cut is looser, boxier, less athletic
• Construction details were altered without notice
CUTS later confirmed these were intentional changes. This wasn’t a bad batch. It was a new direction.
That alone would be disappointing.
What followed was worse.
It took nearly two weeks to get a meaningful response. Multiple automated replies. Slow, deflective communication. When a human finally responded, there was no recognition of loyalty, no acknowledgment of scale, no attempt to preserve a long-term customer relationship.
I shared photos showing the quantity and care of my CUTS shirts — clear evidence that this wasn’t a one-off purchase, but a decade-long commitment. That context meant nothing.
The only resolution offered was a standard return process — the same outcome any first-time buyer would receive. No accommodation. No goodwill. No effort to retain someone who had effectively been a walking advertisement for the brand for years.
This is the definition of brand betrayal:
CUTS built its reputation on precision, consistency, and fit — then quietly abandoned the customers who built their lives around that promise.
What you get now is a shirt that feels marginally better than mass-market basics, dressed up in seasonal colors, still priced like a premium staple. The value proposition is gone.
Brands are allowed to change.
But when they do it by discarding their most loyal customers without acknowledgment, they’re no longer premium — they’re just expensive.
I’m keeping the shirts only to avoid a time-consuming return process. I won’t be buying again.
Update !!!!
After this review was posted, a NEW CUTS customer service representative (Ivan) reached out, acknowledged the communication breakdown, escalated my feedback internally, and offered a goodwill refund. I appreciate the professionalism and effort shown at that stage.
My original review stands regarding the product changes.
The AO Curved Hem Tee is now an imposter.
The loss of the original shirt is what triggered this experience.
Dispite my unfortunate experience Ivan gets 5 stars.
Merry Christmas 🎄
I love cuts clothing
I love cuts clothing. Not only are their products amazing, but the customer service is great. I had a situation where I ordered multiple pairs of the same item in the same size and one of them fit much bigger than the original. Their customer service team, specifically Alejandro, immediately corrected this and sent me replacement items.
Customer service is a Cut above.
Kudos to Ivan O. and Jordan from the CUTS Customer Experience Team. My order included three tees for my son's birthday. He lives across the country from me so when the tees did not fit (and it turned out a polo was sent instead of one of the tees), the process for returning I thought would be complicated. NOPE! Thanks to Jordan and Ivan's timely emails and clear instructions, my son was able to send back the items and, as I write this, the replacement order is on its way to him. For this stress-free process, I give Cuts top rating for their excellent customer service. They are a cut above other retailers for the few times I've ever had to initiate an online return/exchange.

I worked with Alejandro on a few questions I had about my order and he was so incredibly helpful… and prompt. I’m a long time Cuts customer and today makes me a forever one.
Cuts is a great company
Cuts is a great company. I've been purchasing from them for years even though I'm in Canada and it's a bit more expensive. Their quality is top notch. I still have the shirts that I've purchased from day 1 in my closet. If you're looking for a clean t-shirt or henleys without excessive branding, these are a great choice. The support is also very good and helpful. I had a problem with my credits. I couldn't make a purchase for about two weeks so that needs to be looked at. Support was very patient though and helped me with a work around. Thanks
DO NOT BUY FROM CUTS
DO NOT BUY FROM CUTS! Negative stars for customer service. To make the customer service experience matter even worse the QUALITY is awful for what they charge
Great customer service
Great customer service! I love everything Cuts offers. I have shirts and pants in every color!
Love Cuts Clothing
I've been a loyal part of the Cuts clothing family for several years. I love the fit of their clothing and really appreciate their personal correspondence whenever I need further assistance. The clothes look great and fit great. I would highly recommend!
