Excellent Customer Service
First…I’ve never had an issue with any past purchases. I absolutely love their product.
My most recent purchase was a white polo for an upcoming trip to Italy. When the shirt arrived, I noticed right away some faint but clearly visible spots on the collar. There was no way I was going to chance washing the garment and hoping the spots came off (as I probably would not be able to return the item). I contacted their return department and Ivan replied back to me within a very short period of time. After a few days (delay due to a holiday) and snapping some images of the garment, the matter was resolved. CUTS truly stands by their product!!! Should you have a legitimate issue, know that they will take care of you. I’ve been a client of CUTS since their inception and will continue to be with confidence.
Phenomenal products. Stellar customer service.
The customer service from Cuts is stellar. I’ve placed two orders- all tops (AO curved hem & AO curved Hem long sleeves) and they are the best shirts I own. I typically wear black shirts and most fade after a few washes, I’m happy to report that the first round of shirts purchase in April (2025) to now (September 2025) the color retention has been great and I wash them every Sunday.
It’s one thing to love the product, it’s another to truly enjoy the company. And for me customer service is a make or break. I’ve only needed to reach out once and I received a response from Alejandro less than 12hrs of sending my email ON LABOR DAY. Every response back was prompt. Looking forward to forward to try more items from Cuts in the near future.
Quality dropped big time
I bought their shirts and joggers in 2024 and was extremely happy with my purchase, they were honestly the best shirts and pants I’d ever owned.
Unfortunately, about a year later I ordered again and was really disappointed. The quality has dropped noticeably: the shirts feel thinner, they started pilling after just a few months, and even the fit isn’t the same as before.
For the premium price point, this decline is unacceptable. I can’t recommend Cuts clothing anymore and will not be purchasing from them again.

Cheap and overpriced
The shirts are way overpriced. I even purchased the shirts at 50% of their retail price due to a special they were running, and I still felt like I paid too much for the quality. I was hoping for a truly excellent t-shirt, and they are not. They are a thin, largely polyester, cheap-feeling fabric with a large "Made in China" tag on them. I paid $34 per t-shirt and bought four different colors, which is 50% of their normal price. Tried them on and the sizing was inconsistent, not to mention they already run really small. I normally wear a size large, but I read that they run small. I felt like I needed a 2XL! I wear Large or XL in every other brand I've ever tried. They have a nice website, and the purchase was easy, but they make overpriced garbage. They are $15-$25 t-shirts at most.

I’ve been very happy with Cuts Clothing. The overall quality of their clothing is great. Also, in spite of customer service being email only, they are still very prompt to respond back in a timely fashion. I want to give a special shout out to Ivan O. who was very helpful in addressing my concerns in a recent order. He kept me in the loop and was very quick to resolve my concern. Thank you, Cuts!

I absolutely love the brand. I purchase my first Cuts order about 5 years ago and I pretty much only wear Cuts now. I love the fit and the style. The customer service is great. They are super responsive and helpful. 10/10.

Unprompted Response But Totally Appreciated
I’ve had both a great experience and a poor experience with Cuts Clothing customer service. The previous was about a Mystery Box situation where I ordered 2 and they sent me 2 boxes of shirts with the exact same ugly ass colors lol. Not very mysterious if you ask me. So I tried to get it sent back or a refund and they refused both bc mystery boxes were non-refundable. Go figure.
Fast forward to this recent time where I initiated a conversation with Cuts to provide my personal insight and experience with their clothing - particularly the FTS Activewear. TL;DR clothing feels amazing, but performed HORRIBLY if there’s any sweat involved, which kinda defeats the whole purpose of the attire. I offered some recommendations (make it more absorbent, and create a tennis catalogue because I would rep that shit so hard). Also, the white shirt and hat both had mold growing on it that grew literally overnight. I explained that I’ve played tennis all through high school and for a university all four years, and never saw mold growing on clothes that fast, and I was much worse about getting clothes cleaned and washed in time back then than I am now. Their response was totally unprompted in regards to the fact that they decided to send out 2 replacements for the hat and shirt. That is incredible. I did not seek that out. I just wanted to offer criticism for a clothing company that I love so much.
