My initial order the tshirts were too…

My initial order the tshirts were too small I had a difficult time with the exchange. The staff at CUTs were immediately on it and EXTREMELY helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. My new tshirts arrived. I LOVE them! The material is so comfortable. I will most definitely recommend and order more!!

Quality of the shirts are great

Quality of the shirts are great. Couldn’t find my style on the first order, but Ivan in customer assistance helped me with my return. The process was seamless and I found service to be as good as quality.

Quality has definitely lessened

Quality has definitely lessened, it feels way cheaper than it did when I last bought a set of shirts from them about 2 years back, not worth the price tag anymore, I'd rather she'll out a few extra bucks for some quality tees somewhere else.

Great products and customer service

Great products!… Joel with customer service responded to my issue almost immediately, even on a Sunday and it was resolved the same day. I’ll definitely make more purchases from this company in the future.

Cuts Customer Service was excellent!

It was very nice to see that Cuts went above and beyond for my return/exchange outside of what they were obligated to do. Mari was great to work with and I really appreciate the great experience. I will continue to buy my clothes at Cuts!

They value their customers!

I believe you can measure a company by how they handle unfortunate situations. I've placed 4 orders over 3-4 years and always had a perfect experience. Recently the carrier lost my order, and I was so impressed how Mari looked after me to solve the problem. They really value their customers, plus the product quality has been consistently excellent
