All Items I required were in stock - used Standard DPD and arrived at 1pm. I use my Cutwel account 'My Lists' to detail all the non urgent parts to be added to my next order so not to forget anything.

Great sales support if you aren't sure what you need.
Not being very knowledgeable about machining I have leaned on the sales support team at Cutwel to guide me through. The website is very good but when I had questions Nathan was able to help me. They were recommended by the company that supplied my milling machine for exactly this reason. I'll be using them from now on.

Customer service could be better
Purchased a digital caliper. Delivered on time but on inspection the caliper didn’t work as it was delivered with a flat battery. They acknowledged the item should not have been delivered with the flat battery, but didn’t offer to pay for the new battery
