Fantastic service!
This was my first time dealing with CVP and I can now say that it won’t be my last.
I managed to find a Fuji X100VI in stock here and they attempted to deliver next day. Unfortunately, DHL missed the delivery date but CVP went out of their way to arrange delivery before 12 the next day.
Absolutely fantastic service!

No pre-paid return for damaged goods
I was sent a non-functioning item. I received no human contact for a return or offer of any pick up or a pre-paid label. Just an automated response with an address slip I have to print and somehow find a way to return it myself at my expense?
