I needed to rearrange the delivery day due to work commitments.
I emailed to explain and asked it I could delay the delivery date I got a fast and great response from Joanne McGarry who managed to contact the delivery company to delay my delivery to a suitable day for me
The my window and fitting kit was exactly as required and I even went on to order extra pond safe sealant in a second order
I would definitely recommend this company and their products to anyone

Exceptional Service & quality products
Their presales and aftercare were exceptional! The shipping process for smaller items was speedy and the large glass panels arrived intact and on time. The pallet delivery driver was well-prepared and helpful! The fit quality of the box-welded pond liner was exceptional and extremely easy to instal thanks to it being well folded. 5* on all counts, can't recommend CWD Sandbach Ltd highly enough!

Poor communication
Poor communication . Slow delivery and little information on correct pond liners. A lot of money wasted.
Being goven delivery dates then delayed. To then not even turning up on the delivery dates and having to call to chase as no one replies to emails.
Not once on the fitting kit sale page or the glue sale page does it mention what liner to be used. Only place I gains this info is where the glue is being sold elsewhere from where I purchased. Very misleading.
The glass itself was all good though.
Wish I could have given 5 stars but I just feel let down. Sorry.

Glad to hear the glass was all good
We can see your glass took a little longer to be produced with May having so many bank holidays, apologies for this but it's not something that can be avoided!
We try to make it as clear as possible which type of liner should be used, the product page customers buy glass from states the glass and fitting kits are for rubber and fibreglass lined ponds, also the sealant instructions advise to avoid laminated tarp liners.
We are available over the phone or email for advice but had no requests from you so have been unaware of the issue until now
Sorry it didn't work out as you expected, I understand you must not be happy about it, but next time I advise to properly research the task before making purchases to ensure you achieve the desired result first time.
We do our best to keep our customers informed, which is why many hundreds of customers who purchase pond viewing windows annually get it right first time.

I've reviewed things and can see your glass was delayed so not delivered on the given day, apologies for the delay. Unfortunately deliveries aren't guaranteed as they cover a large area and many things can cause them to be delayed
I can see you emailed us at 10:50, we responded at 11:07, then followed up with the information you needed at 11:37, we usually aim to respond within a working day
Just to clear things up, the 2nd sentence on the fitting kit page description states "Every Piece of glass in this range will include all you need to install your window to your rubber lined or fibreglass pond"
Our sealant states this on the bottle, and on the description online "bonds almost all liners (not laminated tarps)"
As a result of this we cannot agree that anything was misleading, please fully read instructions before using products to ensure they are able to fo as you wish.
Glad you got things sorted in the end and we hope you enjoy your pond.

Bespoke Koi pond jump guards.
I was looking at jump guards for my new Koi pond. The prices I was being quoted were eye watering, so I asked for recommendations on one of the Koi pages on Facebook and someone from CW Sandbatch suggested I take a look at their website. I'm very glad I did, because what they offer was far better than what I'd been looking at and even better, it was about a quarter of the price.
They were absolutely great to deal with. I simply gave them the measurements of what I needed and everything was custom made and delivered in about a week.
The fitted guards look great. A fantastic finishing touch to my new pond.
