I worked with James on securing a mortgage for my first property and I couldn't be happier with the service. James was extremely professional, quick to respond to emails, very knowledgeable and always explained everything clearly. I had to apply with a few banks and James was absolutely fantastic in facilitating the process. Each application was always submitted within a few days and I was kept updated of the progress. I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker and will be recommending him to everyone I know. Brilliant service at a very affordable price!

I can not emphasise enough the great lengths Coombes & Wright went to in order to secure me a mortgage in very difficult circumstances. As a business owner in the midst of a global pandemic lenders are somewhat reluctant to lend to people in my situation, despite strong accounts & a number of my employees agreeing mortgages we hit a few dead ends but at every step these guys fought my corner & eventually after several weeks they secured a very good mortgage at an attractive rate. Exceptional persistence & never say die attitude. These guys really do go above & beyond & I'm happy to say we completed on our forever home on the 29th June with the stamp duty saving in tact.
