A neat little product that is always upgrading to improve performance and access. Had a few problems with the latest versions and received patient support from them as they guided me through all the recent changes and how to make best use of the theme for my sites.

I started my site off using Responsive Theme in March, 2013 and have been using it successfully ever since.

Using both the free version and the paid Pro version, the theme has given me the flexability I need for my journalistic and archive work.

There have been a few glitches along the way due to theme and WordPress updates, but the theme developers have always been there to help me fix things up.

Despite using the free version, I receive helpful and prompt technical support when reporting a critical bug

I've used their Responsive theme and plug ins for a few years and as a beginner, I've needed help from time to time and CyberChimps has always been helpful and they always reply to my questions, usually with in 24 hours. Recently, they went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot a problem that I inadvertently created..... Thanks again CyberChimps.

I loved this theme until version 3.4. After that there came new versions with totally different features. They should have made a totally new theme of that heavily revised one. Since I am not a developer, but an ordinary illustrator who just managed to set up her own platform, I did not understand how to adapt my version with the new features. Cyberchimps promised me that version 3.4 was safe to keep. But lately Wordfence warns me for the security risks it involves. I am quite desperate what to do now...

Had an issue with breadcrumbs not showing in Responsive theme. Got a quick response from Support with the solution. Website all fixed within 24 hours. Great.

The company has a wide range of free and reasonably priced WordPress themes and excellent customer service.

Purchasing a theme was pretty easy and straight forward. I installed it and couldn't figure out how to change the home page. Customer assistance was very helpful and got me going easy enough however. They weren't around right away but it was the weekend. I would purchase again.

I am grateful to the development team at Cyber Chimps, who worked with me to fix a database bloat issue found by my ISP. Within a couple of weeks they analyzed the findings, installed a fix, and then my ISP confirmed the results. Well done team!
