I have been a Cybertill (charity) customer for years. The product has proved to be an excellent investment, providing a easy to use till system for a variety of paid staff and volunteers with hugely varying degrees of confidence with technology. The back office system can be a little tricky to navigate, but if you invest the time in really trying to learn how to use this, there is little that you can't do and most of the reports that you would want to extract, can be done with relative ease. I also really appreciate that this is a live online system, which means I can access everything from my phone if needed.

£10,000 for a faulty system! 1 year of problems and excuses left us out of pocket and we had to leave them to get a system that worked! Be warned, this is a shop till and nothing more!
We had been with Cybertill for 6 years when we decided that we needed to get a system to integrate all of our online platforms. After looking at other options, Cybertill won us over with their sales pitch promising us that they could achieve that.
So we took the plunge, paid for the new till and all the upgrades that went with that. The cost mounted up but we were hoping this would change the way we ran our online platforms. That is when it all went wrong. Cybertills system started to fail, and the more we pushed to get it fixed the clearer it became that Cyberill were not able to help. The eBay plugin that had been 'working' for years suddenly stopped working and Cybertill had no clue how to fix it. As for the Amazon Plugin that was in testing stage and almost ready (according to the sales pitch) they were so far off from having that working they shouldn't have even told us about it.
We then had to get away to a system that would help our business, not hinder it. Cybertill had apologised and gave us the option to pick what compensation we would want. We waited until our new system was in place and working (so much better and smoother than Cybertill) before going back to them and simply asking for a refund for the upgrade and the plugins that didn't work (seems like reasonable compesation to me?). We knew the huge amount of lost sales we had due to the system not working was not covered by Cybertill but we thought they would at least refund us for the system that didn't work. Well that was also not the case, they stuck their heels in and told us our offer for compensation had expired.
All in all, Cybertill is a system that is only good as a till. Do not think they can do anything for your online platforms.
Edit - As a follow up to your response Cybertill, I was talking to your CEO and Client Services Director who both admitted fault and told me that there was nothing more they could do (not even honour the compensation they had offered). It was a terrible experience and I hope that you seriously look over your customer service.

Cybertill is a great system for our business. They provide an excellent solution to all of our Epos requirements. Reporting is in depth, intuitive and being cloud based I can keep track of what is going on in the shop from wherever I am via my mobile or tablet.
The website integration is excellent, stock levels and price changes in store update to the web in real time which is a real plus.
The help desk are always available in the event that something does go wrong and have so far provided us with quick resolutions to any problems we have had.
Overall we are very happy with the system and the support we receive from the Cybertill team!

The product is no doubt the best on the market and although there is room for improvement, Cybertill successfully demonstrated that their wheels are always in motion and innovative efforts are made in order to improve. I like their reactive approach to everything, the fact that they listen to their customers and trying to find solutions, introducing new services, etc. They are very transparent, keen on receiving feedback, take on board and act on constructive criticism, log every issue/query, follow up and aim to improve. I would prefer it if they could work on making the system more flexible (including reporting and till front), easier to personalise to specific business practices. Apart from this, I can only praise Cybertill for everything that they do. I am pleased with their service and product.

Cheryl has been an absolute god send! Over the last few months we have been battling some external forces to implement a fix on our chip and pin devices. Cheryl has been by my side every step of the way, fighting and cheerleading for us with external suppliers and service providers. Her communication skills have been second to none, I have been left in no doubt that this has been her top priority and have been kept fully appraised of any and all developments. Cheryl has also kept me on track; knowing that I have a million and one other things to do, she has often given me a slight nudge to chase things or reply to emails when necessary. Cheryl has treated me and the organisation with a level of diligence, passion and respect that I would expect from one of our own employees; unheard of from a service provider. Really terrible in terms of the ability to manage CCR's and anything that's not built into the system. Slow and unresponsive account management. Everything happens to their timescales and never a real attempt to do anything that doesn't fit outside of their structures price wise or otherwise (Pricing for CCR work is essentially is designed to mean they won't do it unless they are paid a fortune). Help desk good, system uptime ok and not bad to use on a day to day basis but a really awful company to deal with if you're wanting more flexibility as they just can't or won't deliver, they even struggle to respond to such queries.
Excellent customer service. We have been customers of Cybertill for 5 years now. We have always found the service to be excellent and any time we need to contact the Service desk our problems have been sorted quickly and efficiently by very friendly staff.

I started working with Cybertill Retail Store 10 years ago to support and ensure operational standards across our retail franchised network. The back office reporting provided the franchisees with clarity of their business including stock holding and sales; this is especially beneficial for a franchisee who owns more than one location maximizing their cash flows, reducing over-stocking and enabled a franchisee to better meet the needs of their customers. As a franchisor we are able to forecast trends keeping our business competitive. The till is easy for staff to use and allows a Franchisee to work on their business while accessing live data remotely. The Cybertill help desk are absolutely awesome; always on- hand to keep things running smoothly and there when I need them all year round! My experience of Cybertill is very positive. They are a company that is proactive in helping their customers and is a product that I cannot fault. It’s a great product for both a Franchisor and their network of Franchisees.
