I am very pleased with new ar24 wheelset.customer support was very helpful at explaining my order.purchase arrived in good time.just need to fit tyres.

Ordered late on Saturday evening had a confirmation email on Monday morning the set of wheels I ordered were delivered Tuesday lunchtime, excellent service.

Great service, with great expert advice

I ordered the Cero RC50 wheels after a recommendation from a friend on Thursday afternoon last week. I was excited as this was a purchase I'd been doing a lot of research into.
To my great surprise, I got a notification that my order had been processed, then collected by a delivery company, and delivered before 12pm the next day. This was extremely fast, and being a regular Whisky buyer, I'm not used to such prompt, safe, and efficient service! This all added to the excitement of the purchase. I couldn't have been happier, and now I've been able to get out for a ride, I can report that these wheels are an extremely good ride compared to my old, Fulcrum Racing 900 RB's on which I could feel every divot in the road.
Naturally there is a little wiggle when riding in the wind, and they are considerably wider, so bear this in mind when working out whether to fit these yourself, or having your LBS fit them for you as you may need to make brake adjustments.
I bought some Continental GP5000 tires to put on, and I had to struggle to get them on, but youtube came to the rescue and i've got the knack now, next time it won't be an issue.
I highly recommend these wheels, the price is reasonable, the quality is high, and the service was fast, there's nothing not to like.

Faultless transaction with 24hr delivery.

Ordered AR24's at 16.45 on Monday, arrived 10 o clock Wednesday morning. Excellent service! Out on the wheels right now and they look great, had favourable comments from riding mates. Also sound more expensive than they are not only the clicking but the actual sound of the rear hub as you go along. I was also told I was going pretty fast, could be the wheels or just me being excited to get back out! All in all a good buy.

Ordered online over the wkend. They helpfully got back via email on the Monday to check cassette option and wheels arrived Tuesday. All good

I recently managed to hit a rock an buckle both my wheels. I contacted cycle division who said they could repair them. I was nearby on Saturday so dropped them off, just before they closed. Monday afternoon they were done and ready to be posted back.
Excellent service, really nice helpful people.

I recently ordered a freehub from Cycle Division The very next day I received an email from Tom from Cycle Division, to confirm I had ordered the correct freehub. It turned out I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item, which Tom quickly changed to the correct item and dispatched immediately. I think the service at Cycle Division is outstanding, it is not the first time that Tom has gone beyond my expectations and sorted things very quickly. I rate Cycle Division very highly, good old fashioned service that meshes perfectly with online ordering, well done to all.

excellent wheels and prompt delivery from the team. this is the second set of cero 30 ar ( had the originals for 5 year and in that time there was one service they just carried on) , when the rims wore out I needed to replace them.

I reviewed the wheels reviews and they came out on top and weight in at 1,350 g , roll well and fast. Here to another 5 years ride the cero wheels

Easy process, wheels as expected for the price range as good as my RS81 wheels with the added bonus of tubeless. A set of Hutchinson Fusion 5 fitted and it took only 5 minutes to fit both tyres and hold pressure really well.

Delivery was much longer than expected but a call from Cycle Division got it sorted. Wheels look great, nice and light. Well pleased so far

Needed a new freehub for my old AR30 wheel. A quick phone call to confirm the part I needed and then super fast delivery after I placed my order. A great team.
