Cannot really give five stars as it is a pre order and am awaiting delivery when in stock, but for ordering efficiency and keeping me informed, so far so good. I have bought wheels previously from Cycle Division and the service was excellent. I expect this order will be equally good.

No reply to emails after purchasing incorrectly advised bearings
Contacted Cycle Division to get replacement bearings for my wheel.
As they sold several versions i asked for a link to the correct one for my wheel (having given the make and model) which they did.
I then ordered those bearings, but on arrival realized they did not fit.
I sent them an email on the 20th May to ask what was the correct one and how i go about returning the incorrect ones.
Nearly 2 weeks later (and after 2 emails) i have heard nothing from them.

I had never heard of this company and…
I had never heard of this company and didn’t know what to expect, but couldn’t be any happier with what service I got from this excellent company. Brilliant price for a wheelset that I purchased. The delivery to N.Ireland was superb even with the current Brexit saga. Two days for delivery is totally unheard of can’t rate how well this company has performed. Five stars all day long, will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone out there who hasn’t used this company before. One overly pleased customer here.

A bit of confusion trying to order from what I think/thought was their retail shop, but all was sorted after a phone call. They honoured the retail shop price with no problems. Delivery was just about as quick as it could be. Only got to fit them now.
