Bike arrived very quickly within a couple of working days and was very well boxed . The bike was as described. I have wanted a gravel bike for a while now to replace my very old MTB, and buying a pre loved one made total sense. I have done two big rides on it now and I am more than pleased with my purchase

Great service. Initially bought online and bike didn't suit, return process was seamless and staff so helpful in shop helping with exchange.

Very good experience. Polite, friendly staff. Traded in my old bike in part purchase of a two-year old road bike. When a small glitch occurred on the new (to me) bike the staff fixed it immediately without fuss.

Dogma f is a wonderful bike and the service was great (along with the coffee.) had a few minor issues (poor quality bar tape and warped disc rotors ) and Cycle Exchange were v open to remedy so can’t ask for more

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Saw the bike on the internet and it was exactly as described when we arrived. A great atmosphere in the shop, amazing bikes, really busy which was wonderful to see, staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. Bikes are displayed well, onsite engineer who gave our bike a service before we left. Cafe instore selling a good range of coffee and lovely food. I couldn't be more pleased with the bike I purchased. Well worth the trip from Oxford to the shop.

Got to say the whole cycle exchange buying process was excellent. Tried multiple bikes multiple times, they fixed immediately a number of small issues and the price was great for a bike that to all intents and purposes was in new condition. I'll buy my next bike from cycle exchange for sure.

The bike arrived well packaged, easy to assemble, with only minor assembly required, handlebars etc. You don't need to be a mechanic.
