Brilliant guidance by the staff at Cycle King Croydon, my wife and I bought 2 mountain bikes.

My local bike shop , always friendly & very helpful when ever I visit.

Croydon Branch are amazing. The team there really know their stuff and they were super helpful when a bike didn't quite fit. Have purchased a previous bike from here also, will continue to do so for my kids!

I went in to get a puncture fixed on my unicyle at the Croydon branch and Ravi said lets just pump it up and check it first. Turned out the tyre was fine! Ravi then tentioned my chain and realigned my wheel - and then refused to take any money!!! Incredible service - if they treat a non paying customer so well then imagine what they do for real customers. I would highly reccomend these people for anything bike related.

We could not have asked for a better service. Really pleased. We bought our son a bike for his birthday but decided it was a little too big for him so we arranged to take it back and swap it for a smaller one. The staff couldn't of been more helpful and we now have a very happy boy with his new bike. They have a good range of bikes in store. Will recommend CycleKing to family & friends. I needed to buy an e-bike fairly urgently as I had just lost my driving license (eyesight) and I live in a hilly area. I went to 5 different e-bike sellers and tried several bikes out.
Cycle King in Croydon (CK) stood out as being the ones who were listening to what I was saying rather than trying on the ‘hard sell’. They talked me through the many options on display and gave me a chance to try them in the (long) shop.
I decided on my favourite bike (Estarli E28.X) and left the shop to think it all through.
I can only use my right hand for brakes and my previous pedal cycles all had dual brakes on one handle. CK said that it should be possible to do this and, to my surprise, later that day I received an email photograph of how CK had achieved this on the Estarli at no cost (I had been quoted £400 for this in another shop).
I ordered the bike which arrived with a small issue that CK sorted out for me.
At the same time I bought the pannier rack for the bike, but this turned out to be no use to me as it would not take any of my existing panniers neither would it take bungee cords. CK understood where I was coming from and changed the rack for me so I am a very happy bunny.
