Visited this shop on the bank holiday looking for a ladies' bike and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to explain bits and pieces to me clearly and without making me feel silly for asking/not knowing. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

It was hard to find the wheel I was looking for elsewhere with the 26x1 3/8 dimension. Ordered it online and the right wheel came on time and true.

A huge thank you to the staff at Cycle King Rochester. I had an issue with my bike whilst doing a coast to coast ride. I popped in to Cycle King and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting me back on the road straight away.

Cycle King, Oxford. I've been using this amazing bike shop for years. The service has always been fantastic with such knowledgable, efficient and friendly staff. I took my bike in yesterday for a repair and asked for advice on my bike helmet, which I bought from them 3 months ago. A huge shout out to Mikey - he spent about 20 minutes sorting it out as I had got the straps all twisted somehow; and giving me such great safety advice too. Honestly, he was brilliant and I am really grateful to him. Thank you so much Mikey !

Pleased to find a new stock of tyres for my eccentrically sized ancient bike. Quickly answered my question and quick delivery.

Just visited this store to have a bike repaired to be faced with an extremely rude man, his behaviour even justified by the other member of staff by saying ‘he’s having a bad day’ have used this shop on several occasions but will not be visiting again!!!!! No excuse for poor customer service in my opinion

Good service looked at my bike very quickly and sorted the issue

Bought something online and went to pick it up at the shop I’d chosen- but you’d apparently sold it to someone else! I haven’t heard anything from you about it since. I’d like the bike bell I’ve already paid for please.

Great people there always keen to advice, very good prices and whole lot of parts and accessories .
