The whole process of ordering and then having my bike delivered was fairly painless. When I rang the shop direct to get confirmation of the bike being ready and delivery dates, they were very friendly and gave me the information I had requested.
When the bike was delivered, I had a couple of questions with regards to the bikes assembly, so rang them again and they were able to go through things with me so I was able to set everything up perfectly.
I would recommend them to anyone else wishing to purchase fromt hem.

Bike arrived within a couple days which was less the the 7-9 originally estimated. The bike was well packaged.

I got a call from John a few minutes after placing my order to confirm details which was great.

Bike was relatively easy to setup. I have several bike tools and grease but if you don't have these the task might have been slightly more difficult.

Answered all my questions about the Felt VR3 by email and phone. Delivery was painless and the bike arrived beautifully set up.

Item came really quickly

Ordered a Felt Chain plate protector, only place I could find it in the UK. Unfortunately I ordered it when the ordering system team were on holiday, (but made aware this was so hence a slight delay and no money taken), however when back in operation had prompt reply and reordered, and confirmation email part was sent.

Great service, customer communication and bike build, would def recommend.
