Highly disappointed.

No business ethics. They have showcased different products on website and deliver different.

While we initially faced some issues with the courier, Cycleqouq helped us immensely in resolving the situation and getting the job done.

Great customer care and delivery was perfect. 1 star less because the color of the bike which i needed got some issue during their quality check. But overall, satisfied with the product and cyclesouq team.

I purchased 3 cycles from them. But unfortunately the chain of one of the cycles came out even before it's first use. I contacted them to get after sales soon realising they don't have one. They asked me to wait and shared a video to fix it myself. My suggestion would be to have a proper dedicated team who goes door to door to fix minor or major issues associated with cycling like brakes not working, chain coming out etc. It's almost more then 6 weeks and still new bicycle is not drivable I am still waiting for a response which is extremely slow n poor in terms of relevant information.

Have purchased 2 bikes 12 days ago. The website states shipments to Oman will be done in 7 working days and delivery fee will be 3 rials.

1. I was charged 40 rials for delivery
2. I have not received the bikes and customer service representative doesn’t give any indication on when will I receive
3. Customer service representative replies late and never answered to questions on the first 2 points
4. Customer Service refused to escalate internally or refer me to the management

What else could be wrong?? Complete disappointment and ruined Christmas for my 2 daughters. I will wait for 2 more days and complain to consumer protection authority in UAE.

I have ordered from CycleSouq twice now. They have a good range of products. I have been very pleased with the items that I have purchased from them. Delivery is quick. They are helpful and quick to respond.

First time buying from cyclesouq, and despite my absolute lack of knowledge of what this store was, my whole experience felt like very difficult to improve.
I knew about them from Instagram, after trying another merchant. Reviewed their website and found a couple XC bikes that I liked. Contacted them on the phone and Belle addressed my concerns competently. I had to make a decision about two frame sizes because being 1,80 tall it is kind of a pain. She manage to have her team working out a recommendation that I followed and ended up being an excellent choice. She also handled my special order to make the tyres tubeless effectively, all through WhatsApp, even in off times.
If this pre-buying experience was very good, what pushed me to buy from cyclesouq was the fact that Belle told me to complete my order through the web. No side links through WhatsApp or private messages. All very clean, easy and professional. This was what got me and made me decide to buy from them.
Delivery was when they said, despite my location in Abu Dhabi (them in Dubai), and being in the rush of black Friday and the UAE's martyrs and national day break. They even delivered the first day of the range they gave me (Dec 5, 2025), initially Friday or Saturday. I bought the bike on Nov 28, so that's a 7 day lag, including one weekend and two days of official holidays.
Last, after my second ride, five days after receiving the bike, I realized the tyres were not as advertised and later confirmed in writing from Belle. Belle checked with the official Cannondale dealer that both in cyclesouq's web and in Cannondale's web there was a mistake. In my opinion, this is not cyclesouq's fault, but Belle and her team took on the responsibility of the misleading information, and sent me a quality and professional compensation for the hassle.
And this is what summarizes my experience with them: a quality and professional merchant for bikes and components in the UAE. In my case, they have become my first choice for new bike equipment in the UAE.

Product Quality, Good price, fast delivery

The bicycle was put in a box without any protection especially from being compressed on the sides (example a styrofoam that would pass on the frame of the bike to protect the bike from vibration and compression).
Because the bike was free to vibrate and move, the deltech cable got entangled with the pedal and had damage on deltech cable cover (probably the pedal rotated as it is not secured during the shipping). I can show video and photos if proof is needed.
The shipping took some time but it was not your fault.
Despite that, im still happy coz you are selling brands and models that are hard to find at a very reasonable price.

Cycle Souq were great! I ordered a Spartan 700c in the Black Friday sale - I’d been looking at it for a while and they had a great discount. The bike arrived promptly, all wrapped up and ready for me to ride. Great service & the bike is lovely.

I received my delivery almost one week later, the excuse was they call me and I didn’t reply. That’s the reason, I was working on an other country and I planned the delivery in my house with my wife wanting for it. Even after sent a lot of email, Whatapp the delivery was too late. For that reason I wrote my address, to received the package, in anyplace said you delivered only with a phone call back

I've bought 3 bikes over the last 2 years - adults and kids. I've also referred them to my family and my cousins bought 2 bikes too. Overall I'm very happy with the purchases and very satisfied with the bikes and the delivery service. Their prices are also great.

The team is very responsive on WhatsApp and very accommodating.

Thanks for delivering my kids bike in time for my daughter's birthday, inspite of a last minute change in my order.
