FIRST CLASS TRAVEL COMPANY AND HOTEL
The straight forward,professional and friendly information and booking process provided by Cyprus Paradise ( Kathleen Esenelin particular) gives the client trust in the whole holiday packet.
This was our thirty sixth stay at the Pia Bella Hotel in Kyrenia ; all arranged by Cyprus Paradise; which speaks loudly for our endorsement of the company and the hotel.
The Pia Bella has changed over the years but retains a family owned feel and the satisfaction from staying in the hotel has only increased. The food and beverages are excellent, the accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean. For my wife and I the outstanding feature of the hotel is the professional but warm, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure the guests enjoy their stay.

Mostly good, some disappointment.
Some disappointment. We have booked many times with this company and always had excellent service. This time however was different.
The booking process was simple and they accommodated all our requests, however, they did not mention that they were booking us on EasyJet to Larnaca rather than the usual Pegasus to Ercan, with a transfer time of 1.5 to 2 hours. It cost me an additional £200 to book the seats and pay for a large cabin bag (usually classed as hand luggage on other airlines). Larnaca is an awful disorganised airport, overcrowded with long queues for everything and impatient travellers pushing in, jumping the queues and tempers fraying, not to be recommended.
The representative at the resort did not bother to see us, they have always come to see us, offered trips, car rental etc. Instead we had a phone number to call, I sent a WhatsApp, but did not manage to get on any trips as he said he needed a booking for at least 12 people! We were just 2! We were contacted by another agent, he too was unable to offer us any excursions, stating that all the agents were busy with group tours, so we went nowhere other than by taxis on our own.
The hotel was all good, though a little shabby, only the food disappointed as it was almost the same every day, although there was plenty of choice. The only included option at the Cratos is the main buffet so we spent a lot extra on eating in other restaurants to avoid the boredom. I also informed their guest relations that many of the ‘hot’ dishes were cold, they gradually started increasing the temperature on their hot plates! Not a recommended food hygiene practice.
Despite all the above, the weather was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a relaxing holiday.

Great company to deal with.
We have had over 10 wonderful holidays thanks to Cyprus Paradise- and Diane in particular. She is friendly, efficient and has made booking a pleasure. She has always given me great advice as to when and how to book. All requests like Special Assistance at the airports, which part of the hotel we would prefer to stay in were achieved with no problems at all. So helpful is Diane we have booked again for next year. Enough said!

anyone traveling to kyrenia for a golfing holiday should be aware the shuttle bus which used to run you into town no longer operates which if you are not golfing leaves you stranded. dissapointing.

Lack of information from this company was not the start we needed to our holiday
We have just returned from a holiday in Turkey but by this companies own admission they forgot to provide us with crucial information relating to our transfer from Antalya Airport to our hotel about an hours journey away. We had to desparately interogate the coach drivers to see if anyone knew of our existance. We finally found a driver of an On the Beach coach that did have our name on his list. He was one of the last coaches left in the car park. He said we were lucky to find him as he had waited long enough for us and had kept the other people waiting. The other people on the coach were not happy with us.
After contacting this company they apologised for not providing us with the information we needed and offered a £20 goodwill gesture from the price of another holiday with them. Yes you guessed it we will not go on another of their holidays.
The thought of being stranded at Antalya Airport with the cost of an hour long taxi drive loomimg was not the start to our holiday that we wanted or needed.

I was travelling alone for the first time and the service that I received from Cyprus Paradise, the transport company and the agent on WhatsApp while away were absolutely top notch! Speedy service and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was a little worried booking away from one of the big holiday companies, but I would definitely book with Cyprus Pardise again in the future and would recommend to anyone!

We booked our holiday through Diane at Cyprus Paradise Holidays and the whole experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. She took care of everything for us – from our boarding passes to the airport transfers. She ensured we had excellent sea-view rooms at the Arkin Palm Beach, which were just beautiful.
The whole process was smooth and efficient. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Cyprus Paradise Holidays, and we’ll definitely be booking again through her in the future!
