Thank you to Katherine for being spot on in assisting me choose the perfect hall runner for my mum’s place. Katherine asked some very pertinent questions and I walked out with the perfect hall runner.
Then with some additional information provided by Katherine I was able to get the matching rectangular rug for the lounge room the following week.
Great service from Katherine the first time and Cassie when I went back for the second rug.
Thumbs up big time.

We love our new Cyrus rug
We love our new Cyrus rug! When we visited the store they did not have the right size for the rug we wanted in stock, but the friendly staff went out of their way to search all sites until they found one, and kept us informed at every stage of the search. We were happy to wait for the week or two for it to be redirected from regional Queensland as it was exactly what we wanted. It has made a huge difference in our main living area and created a safe soft surface for our grand children to play on. Thank you Cyrus Rugs!
