Very quick delivery in accordance with the usual excellent service from Daemon.

I can't recommend these guys enough I purchased a flux laser 2 years ago and recently broke the tube I had a new tube sent and replaced within 2 days.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been absolutely blown away by the customer service I have received from with this company! I bought a machine back in Dec and in January the machines fuse blew, I emailed them and they were happy for me to take it into be looked at, they sorted it immediately. The august after I purchased I was having a few problems with the machine, they said I could take it in the next day and again it was fixed immediately. This is so far from the kind of service I have received with other companies, they have always been extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything and giving advise. I would never go anywhere else for my laser machines now

I booked a training/viewing in Cambridge and they were so helpful. I explained that my Glowforge which I have only had for 6 months had broken 5 times! And I was on my 5th replacement due to faults with the machine, and waiting on a refund (from the US as there UK customer service team is non existent) I viewed and demoed the Flux Beambox Pro which is miles apart when you compare the two brands. Such high quality and so sturdy compared to the Glowforge. Even after a few minutes of the demo I could already tell the difference, even just in the laser head itself and being able to see all the techy stuff through the back! Not under the sides like the Glowforge. I was able to bring materials and provide artwork ahead of my demo to check if I could cut the things I sell which is priceless. I have since bought the Beambox Pro and I am over the moon! The set up is so easy, I was ready to do my first cut within the hour. And the “example artwork” feature is so handy. Asia is a credit to the brand and is one of the main reasons I purchased the machine. Having her as my customer service lady is worth every penny. I am confident that any general query or any issue would be answered and resolved quickly and that’s the reliability that you need when running a business. Thank you and I hope to be able to purchase another soon! ;)

Update: Yes, sorry it was 7 days ago, not 10. The delivery time was 2-3 days when I placed the order.

Update 2: The order is delivered as expected on the 23rd.

Good pricing. Only small issue is that the item was delivered before any confirmation of delivery email was received. Not a big issue on this occasion.

Excellent service and a good price. Only issue we have is that rather than a sponge pad they had a hard plastic tip which we have struggled to work with.

Can’t fault the service at all from start to finish

It would be great to get 24hr delivery over more than mon-fri. Like Saturday included or 7-day week.I ordered this materal because I needed it for Monday and didn't find out till Friday afternoon.

Mirror housing on flux autofocus was dinged up. Clearly had been very used (just the mirror housing) functionality ok just disappointing for a $500 purchase. I’d attach a pic but I don’t see where’s I can do that.

I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with Daemon3D Print has been exceptional from start to finish. Customer service and delivery was so fast, everything I ordered was delivered the next day and all my queries were answered quickly.

Something was missing from my order but again I received a response within hours and was sent the item the next day.
