Heard about the Legend Gordon from Airgun Factory, what a cracking guy and DAI Leisure what a fabulous clean and friendly shop 10/10

Popped into the shop and was greeted by a lovely chap called Gordon, the experience was flawless from start to finish,my only gripe was a came out £1200 lighter 😂

Paul Davy was brilliant courier and was helpfull and was respectful to my home he keeps me informed about my item when it was due and was very good the way he handled things at the time of delivery it was chaos over delivery came at the same time and he let them do there thing and then he carried on with his witch was very professional of him thanks Paul

Initial issues with my purchase were quickly resolved. I can not understate how this company went above and beyond once they were alerted to the issue. Same day delivery to rectify.

5 stars where its due. You don't judge someone on the error but how they act when they're aware of it.

Chris, the owner was polite and professional and made speedy arrangements. Others can easily ignore issues. Not DAi.

Excellent service whilst ordering a new air rifle from DAI Leisure .All staff very helpful and friendly but Joe in particular has been excellent throughout.

I called DAI Leisure to possibly place an order for a Colt 1911 A1 co2 .177 pellet pistol and after speaking to a member of staff ( who’s name escapes me ) I placed the order and when talking about an RFD transfer was advised that the pistol could be delivered right to my door ( I live in Tenby West Wales) I paid over the phone by BarclayCard visa with ease, the delivery date would be on a Sunday and the driver would call an hour before he was due to arrive ( my address isn’t the easiest place to find).
Well Sunday arrived and I received a telephone call as promised, I was advised of the arrival time 14:15 hours, well the delivery driver arrived at my front door at 14:08 hours. Absolutely spot on, the driver was very pleasant and checked our passport and took a photo. I chatted to the driver for a couple of minutes who told me about his round trip from Birmingham that day, then went on his way.
I would highly recommend DAI Leisure for all your air gun needs, the service I received was second to none and will defiantly use DAI Leisure again without any hesitation.
DAI Leisure came to my rescue after being let down by Lestershireairguns who do not deliver to Wales even by RDF transfer.
Thank you DAI Leisure your service was outstanding I will use your services again.

Not my first purchase from dai but once again brilliant and informative staff, always very personable and welcoming. The boys really know there stuff here! Best gun shop I’ve been in. Gordon and Joe gave me advice and I couldn’t be happier with the gun. Cheers once again chaps.

Kept the gun on hold for me for two weeks. Very attentive to my requirements. Highly recommend. Also really good range of stock.

Just purchased a snowpeak ap900,can't fault the service,used dai multiple times now.All the staff are friendly and helpful.had a problem with a purchase once and they sorted it out with no fuss.

Great company to deal with from start to finish.
Emailed a query asking when stock is expected & got a reply the same day. The reply was honest & did not attempt to over promise, unlike other companies do.
I decided to pay a small deposit to reserve the item I wanted & it actually came in to stock quicker than expected.
Dai contacted me by phone & sent me a link to pay the balance & due to the nature of my purchase I had to wait a little for a scheduled delivery. There was a little miscommunication but I didn't feel let down & it was actually delivered on the weekend I expected to actually receive it.
Well done DAI.

What made my experience great was, I enquired on the phone earlier today Friday 7th November. I then went down to there shop. Was welcomed by Gordon, absolutely great legend of a guy. Knows his guns like the back of his hand. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Has great banter with you. He took a rifle of mine into part ex. Set up my new rifle, even zerod the new scope in.
What else can I say. If you want a air rifle. Then go down to DIA Leisure and meet Gordon.

Was lied to about delivery date,customer service is none existent, email's never answered,had to keep chasing them for information.Avoid at all cost absolutely terrible company , was promised delivery after 2pm turned up at 11.30am lucky someone was in!

DAI Leisure are very helpful and reliable, Iv been collecting replicas from their stock over the last 8 years and had some amazing deals. Iv relied on them for a few repairs that they’ve never failed to take a look at and fix, special thanks to Paul for assisting in a recent repair. Great staff with some great products. Looking forward to my next visit.
