The staff were faultless they could not help enough and even changed my order at no extra cost. Their knowledge of products again 10 out of 10 , would recommend to anybody

Gordon the gopher was a great member of staff. He gave me great advice and I'm very happy with my new rifle. Dai leasure has a great range of guns and they even let me have an hour on the range which is very well set-up and a pleasure to use.

Joe, mark, Elliot, and all the lads and a great bunch, very helpful in choosing my next gun,

Good service and prompt replies to emails regarding a mistake I had made in ordering

Friendly, helpful staff. Really knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Had an issue , they made the effort to call me and help me the best way they could and resolved my issue. The guy on the phone was very helpful and understanding.

I placed an order for a £639.90 rifle that was advertised as IN STOCK on 1st August 25.
Order #170535

Receiving no acknowledgment I emailed them on the 5th. No reply.

I phoned them on the 12th and was told it was not in stock yet. I cancelled my order.

This was my first order with DAI. In fairness the person on the phone was helpful and charming and my refund was quickly actioned.

I do a lot of shopping of this type and need reliable suppliers and I do have a few suppliers who are very reliable whose goods are always in stock if they say they are and who confirm the order and deliver very quickly.

I won't be placing further orders with DAI, it was an administrative time waste.

UPDATE 20th August.
I received a phone call today from DAI.
The person I spoke to wanted to know if "they could send me anything that might prompt me to change my review". They never mentioned sending anything as a token of good will for the complete waste of time and inconvenience caused, just in exchange for changing my review. NO.

I would love to have given it five stars but delivery is a bit hit and miss.
I must admit once it was dispatched the driver was brilliant and even got here early
But the quality is excellent product is above expectations and now there's one les s rat in the world

Paid in full for a little walther ppk/s at weekend. Still no confirmation of order, went on their website yesterday to use the communication tab and asked for confirmation, still nothing. I'll wait till Friday before contacting trading standards and pursuing a refund via PayPal. Although never appear to have received a confirmation. DAI called yesterday and due for delivery today.

Very pleasant customer service and delivery driver. Excellent and efficient service all round.

Elliot has provided excellent service and guidance, I cannot speak highly enough of the service and professionalism from the team at DAI Leisure. 5 stars!
Also, I have to mention, Joe as well, he has helped me put together my dream PCP Rifle Setup, and he went at my pace and gave a fantastic purchasing experience!

Ordered a umarex HDS Gen 2 shotgun back in February

It's now July... I've been fobbed off countless times and emails ignored.. would someone like to actually reply to my emails? .. I paid £ 55 deposit and haven't had any update ...

Placed my first order with DAI recently & personally had an excellent experience with their gun delivery service.

In summary, order placed on Monday afternoon, received a phone call on Thursday morning to inform me that the CO2 pistol would be delivered between 08:00 - 10:00 on Friday.

Their friendly delivery driver then phoned the following morning to inform me he was just under 45 minutes away & arrived promptly at my door, took a picture of my ID, handed over the package & off he went.

In Summary, a very efficient service in keeping with the info. on their website. Both the guy I spoke with on the phone & their delivery driver were really pleasant & based on my experience I would recommend DAI to others.

Had an order in place for 7 months now. No updates after multiple emails over the last two months, the last one being a request for refund.
No response at all.
Makes me wonder if they are actually still in business so I would strongly recommend an alternative supplier.

Saw what I wanted on the website, rang up to ask a few questions, was told exactly what I wanted, placed order, easy as that.
Delivery driver rang me up to confirm my order and to say when he would be delivering, delivered when he said (nice bloke Toby) 100% happy with everything, will be ordering from these guys again.

Possibly the best service ever received in a gun shop over 25+ years. Popped in for an air rifle and was there over 2 hrs with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gordon was spot on with knowledge and an absolute gem and had us in stitches. Even the boss was friendly and a good laugh, which is rare in a shop so busy. Was allowed to try any gun and all staff went extra mile for us. Really welcoming.Can’t recommend highly enough. Even had a chair for the missus.

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago,I knew I would have to wait a while but phoned up last thursday(22nd may) and after a chat with Elliot,Paul was delevering the following day in South wales,7am ish,Absolutely top drawer service that I will highly recommend,Great team and will definitely be ordering again in the very near future :)
