Every part of this order was an amazing experience.
From the initial order I received a call discussing my order. The delivery was set for a few days later.
The delivery driver called me and hour before arriving and he was lovely (Like most people from Dudley). I will 100% be using these guys in future! Top service.

Paul was an absolute delight, really friendly and just so lovely. He called when he was 20 minutes away to give me time to be ready with ID, and was very patient when it took me longer than expected to get to the door. Also went above and beyond in terms of the fact that I’ve not long moved into this place and mentioned that I was a bit embarrassed about the various issues around the building and the general mess and chaos, and he rushed to tell me he didn’t see anything to be embarrassed about. It just really put me at ease and I’ll feel more confident going forward, which is just something I never expected to take from this experience. All in all a super smooth and pleasant delivery, and also well within the 14 day window I was advised it could take. So few companies these days will literally deliver to your door themselves, leaving out all of the hassle of delivery companies and the problems they can cause, so the fact that they have their own gent driving up and down the UK doing deliveries, and for such a reasonable cost, is genuinely amazing. I can’t recommend them enough, and I hope that you’re also lucky enough to get Paul doing your delivery :)

Paul delivered exactly on time, called me prior to make sure I was at home and to get my I.D. ready.

This is the second time l have used this company.
I highly recommend them. The guy that served me, sorry I've forgotten your name, couldn't have been more helpful. Only went in for some advice, came out nearly a grand poorer! I know they have a range. He aligned the scope for me and let me fire a few shots too. Very knowledgeable.

I've been to DAI many times and done all of my purchases through them, Joe and Mark are always consistent with being top tier for advice and fairness. They won't oversell to you, they listen and get exactly what they think you'll like for your want or need.
