Great service again from DAI Leisure. Friendly, fast, efficient and a delivery driver, Paul, who goes above and beyond to give great customer service every time. Much appreciated, guys.

All round great company to deal with. Custom is always valued and great offers/discounts offered. Latest delivery from Paul the driver was also spot on. Early delivery was pre arranged and Paul called about 15 mins prior to arranged time to check all was good. Highly recommended

Nate turned up today wanting some advice on the best air pistol for himself. Luckily we met Gordon, who was very friendly (and funny) and shared his excellent knowledge, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience and has made Nate's day.

Hi, Just wanted to say thank you for the efficient and friendly service that I received from DAI Leisure. In particular, I appreciated the courtesy and service of Paul the delivery man who went out of his way to be helpful.

Excellent experience. Ordered air pistol on Sunday, on Tuesday I received a call from Elliot to say delivery would be between 11.00 and 1.00 on Thursday. The delivery chap, Paul, called me at 10.00 am Thursday to say he planned to arrive at 12.00 and duly did!. Paul took his time with the delivery, in a good way, ensuring I was happy with everything before he left, top man. Thought I had an issue with the pistol so called DAI, they said that no one was available at the time as the shop was full and very busy and would call me back. Elliot called within the hour and had an identical gun next to him to enable him to answer any queries. My 'problem' was in fact not an issue, I though some kind of plastic had been left in the CO2 receiver, in fact, it was an anti tamper seal (the pistol Elliot was looking at had the identical seal). This was my first time using DAI and have just ordered another pistol. Thank you DAI Leisure.

I ordered an air rifle for my son online, to be delivered. The communication throughout was excellent, I got a call letting me know that I, 9r someone over 18 would need to present and ideally with my ID to hand. I got a further call telling when it would be delivered
Paul the driver rang me to tell me he was 20 minutes away, I looked out the window 20 minutes later and he was pulling up outside. Bang on time, on my son's birthday, and, before he had to get to school.
The prices are absolutely competitive with elsewhere and the service that comes with takes it to another level.
Son wants a scope for it now, will be going to DAI Leisure for that rather than anywhere else.
Highly recommend them.

My daughter recently purchased a new PCP rifle from D.A.I Leisure, and from start to finish the service was amazing. Gordon was absolutely brilliant, informative, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident with her new rifle.

What really took us both by surprise was how welcoming everyone in the store was. Gordon set up her rifle and scope, went through a range of pellets to find those most suited to her rifle, and gave her time on her own to hone her skills on their indoor shooting range. Other customers using the range were also amazing, they let her try their rifles, and offered her friendly advice and encouragement. It was such a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic company, incredibly inviting atmosphere and welcoming staff, even the customers are unbelievably helpful, even met a lovely fella called Gordon I think, who helped me immensely by guiding me to the pre owned section, as a peasant this provided me some excellent airgun at a very affordable price, and I could not be happier with the service I got, if you're in Birmingham and are looking for an airgun or accessory of any kind, I BEG you, visit DAI leisure, the staff (and customers) will answer any questions you have to the best of their vast ability, and if you're not an a**ehole, you might have a chuckle along the way,
In conclusion, this is now my new favourite company and I might just be popping in to show my face and have a laugh.

Direct human contact for a recent online purchase was a breath of fresh air. From the phone call to inform me of the delivery date and approx time to the special praise for Paul who called forty minutes in advance and arrived at my door precisely when he said he would. Could've chatted for hours but he had many more miles to travel. He represented everyone else at DAI I've encountered so far. I was so impressed that I've gone ahead and made another purchase that I hadn't planned to do until later on in the year.
