FELT I DIDNT GET THE COVERAGE I WANTED WAS TRICKED INTO GETTING A BASIC POLICY

We needed motorcycle insurance after our motorcycle purchase. We couldn't contact our insurance agent, so the dealer, Alcoa Good Times in Alcoa, Tennessee, recommended this insurance. We had insurance in less than 30 minutes, exceptional even though I pray we never have to use it.

I do not have any insurance paperwork in my email or anywhere else. You guys want me to rate you.... And you want me to set up paperless but the link doesn't work.... And you texted me to tell me your taking money from my account tomorrow.... Yet nothing has my policy number so I can set up my account and get the info I need. If I need the policy number to set up the account don't you think you guys should provide that to me at some point in this process? I should not have to call and sit on hold or jump through hoops. Why is the roles suddenly reversed where the customer doesn't matter and the company makes all the mistakes with absolutely zero regard for the customers satisfaction???? Especially knowing that 90 percent of your customers are giving you money for absolutely zero reward or payout??? I need my policy number. For shits sake. And another thing.... No one cares about the customer anymore because the employees are stuck too with a company that can't provide any appreciation or a decent wage... Which is really baffling when again 90 percent of your customers are paying three days wages from their shitty company to pay for something they will never need. Absolutely rediculous. I need the damn policy number.

I have been with Dairyland for years off and on. I've never had any problems with Dairyland insurance.

Didnt tell me i owed money and sent it to collections, can’t log into my account because the website doesn’t work. waste your money somewhere else

Excellent customer service they know what there talking about witch made it easy for me a couple of quick questions and they had me set up with a plan that was way cheaper than I expected

Dairyland is a very good insurance company I would highly recommend them they found additional savings that others weren't willing to look for and gave me the best by far price available if you can and you want to save money I would make the switch today!
