Ruwen was very polite and efficient

Ruwen was very polite and efficient.
He answered my question (which 2 other agents hadn't managed to do) confirmed details and gave me clear information on how the problem was going to be fixed and most importantly when.
I personally would not recommend the company XLN / Daisy. But Ruwen was great.

Effective response.

When I was connected (after 20 minutes of waiting for the team), KB was really helpful and actioned my request straightaway. She implemented our divert so that it worked and then sent a reset to set another colleague up. Prompt and effective - just prefer not to have to wait so long.

Avoid at all costs.

This is one of the most incompetent and misleading companies we have dealt with. The service is completely unfit for purpose—unreliable phone lines, ongoing issues, and agents who repeatedly provide incorrect information with confidence.

At one stage, three different agents all confirmed the same incorrect contract termination date. That’s not a minor mistake—it shows a serious lack of due diligence and basic internal communication.

From the outset, we were misled. What was promised during the sales process is nowhere near what was actually delivered. When issues arise, there is little accountability and no meaningful resolution.

As a direct result, our business has suffered significant financial loss and reputational damage. We were left dealing with frustrated customers due to their failings and ultimately had to switch providers and change our phone number entirely—an expensive and avoidable situation.

This has now been escalated with supporting evidence. If you value your business, avoid this company.

Problems finally resolved with Karol's help

We have had issues with aspects of our phone system, and had trouble resolving them with any individual within Daisy Group.

Then a representative of Daisy, Karol Proszowski got involved, and his ownership and determination to rectify matters to our satisfaction, was outstanding. Everything has now been sorted.
