I have submitted two tickets to their customer support site, over a month period, and never got a response. I received an automated response with a ticket number, but no person ever follow up with me. We're having a serious issue with the heating element of our massage chair and now I feel like I've thrown away $4000!

A year later and we still have no resolution on this. I got a letter from Daiwa's parent corp, US Jaclean, in April saying that they would initiate a return. They acknowledged their negligence and said they wanted to make it right and they would reach out... and nothing. Do not buy from this company!!

Great chair! My one suggestion is that they incorporate memory settings so that you don't have to manually put in your preferences each time.

I feel a lot better each day and I am very excited the delivery guys were nice, polite and very informative on the product. The chair is great overall but certain parts of my back and neck I don't feel the massaging affect. My L4/L5 region is what I want.....

Great chair so far. The quality is very good will have to see in 6 months. Overall great chair.

The heat on the legs get a little hot and the air bags tend to tighten extra tight in some areas. It would be great if these two could be adjusted to preference.
Every thing else is great.

We love the chair! The installation staff were friendly and did a good job. The sales women was very thorough and patient during the demonstration. Our only hang-up was a one month delay in delivery.

People have been nice and responsive. The chair does what it should and I enjoy the massages, BUT..... I feel the chair has a flaw in its design. When the foot unit is extended away from the chair space opens up between the foot unit and the leg unit. Although space is covered, If something should happen to land in this space wit will be pinched when the foot unit is retracted as the chair returns to the upright position. The problem is the motor will not stop when it encounters resistance to retracting. It keeps trying to compress what is in the way until the retracting unit BREAKS. There should be sensor to monitor increased resistance and shut the motor off to prevent damage to the unit.

Helped diagnose the problem and was contacting a repair man to come look at my chair to fix the problem...will not get out of the body sensing mode.

This has to be one of the best investment. After a long day in the office to be able to come home sit our chair and relax priceless.

This a great chair for sure. I had tried others and even purchased a Human Touch chair and actually returned it to purchase the Daiwa Pegasus2. The only thing I can complain about is that the Bluetooth constantly disconnects and the voice command Control goes on while watching tv. Other than that it’s incredible, I use it twice a day every day. Has definitely helped my back pain.
