Liked the Pegasus 2 enough to buy a…

Liked the Pegasus 2 enough to buy a second one for my snowbird home in Hawaii. Delivery and installation was exceptional. Team was friendly and their instructions/training was actually better than the first installation in Washington.

we’re going to buy less expense chair…

we’re going to buy less expense chair Costco sells...this is our 2nd chair from Daiwai...real happy with the upgraded chair with arms and feet included...we bought the Pegasus 2...It does everything...we bought the chair at the fairgrounds and they gave us an awesome warranty because we are a repeat customer...It rocks...our old chair still worked and gave it to our friend...

Poor choice

I already owned one massage chair and saw these on sale at Sam’s. it felt pretty good and we ordered it. the delivery and set up was excellent. Unfortunately after sitting in the chair at home I realized two things: first of all that even though the foot rest would extend out further for a taller person it would not stop where you wanted it to. This feature is on my other massage chair. So when the foot rest came to the appropriate link you basically had to hold it there with your feet which was unacceptable and the second thing that I found multiple settings were way too vigorous even when I dial them down to the lowest setting it was just painful. Fortunately I bought it used from Sam’s they took it back and it’s interesting that I saw it on sale on the floor the next day for half the price I paid for it. these two negative points if you’re not aware of these are your first time massage your buyer will really cause you grief.

The auto-sensing leg adjustment is available with the upgraded Orbit 2. Also, while most of our customers appreciate a vigorous massage, we offer a free chair pad for those wishing to soften the effect. CHAIR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER…

CHAIR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIR PERSONS LEFT. HEATER AND FOOT ROLLERS WERE NOT WORKING AND AT THE END OF EACH MASSAGE SESSION YOU HAD TO TURN THE POWER SWITCH OF TO RESET.

Lacks customization options

It would be nice if it had customizable features for each user and a way to set up a custom program. :-)

My husband is loving his new massage…

My husband is loving his new massage chair. He works hard both in the office and on remodeling out home, so it has been a godsend. He's smiling more and taking less Tylonol (and drinking less whiskey LOL). We hadn't planned on buying one so soon, but we met an incredible salesman at the Seattle home show, and he sold us on all the benefits. It was the only thing we bought at the show. We're especially happy with the fact that my husband fits into it being that he's 6'5" tall!

Awesome massage chair

Awesome massage chair, really makes a big difference for my aches and pains. The ordering, it being delivered and installed were very easy and the people were especially nice and helpful.

Stuck in chair.

After a preset massage the system turns off in the zero gravity position. No power available thru the controller or thru voice command. This has been happening since day one with delivery guys watching me stuck in the chair. In the begining i called and did steps with service people and still have the same problem. I called earlier this week and no one has called me back to get someone out here.

I bought the chair because a friend of…

I bought the chair because a friend of mine had an older version. But it seemed her chair did a better job at extending then mine. My chair is too gentle even when I turn it up to the more aggressive level.I would have given it a 5 star if it stretched me the way her chair did.

We love the massage chair

We love the massage chair. After long hours at work, it's nice to have a chair to help relax and straighten out the lower back. Having the heat available for sore backs helps a great deal.
