I have purchased DJI Mini 3 pro drone from this internet shop value 737EUR. After delivery and checking out the item I realized that it's not what I was looking for. It was just a visual check and making sure the ordered item properly works as per specification. I reached out to Dakauf and informed that I want to return according to the 14 day return policy and get full refund.
Then problems started, basically their response time is very slow, I would say ignorant. For the return of new, unused item they want to charge 25% commission. Which is ridiculous as only difference from new item is that packaging is opened, but all the protective films and accessories are completely sealed and unpenned.
Their business practice is against European consumer rights, as customers have the right to open packaging and check if the desired product is there, because consumer is not purchasing packaging, but item, how else can one make sure that they get item that they have ordered. As they operate in EU they have to comply with EU regulations, but they don't care.

Also they don't send any documents along with the purchase, therefore how can one claim warranty if no purchase document is provided with the delivery package. Shady company, don't recommend.

Additional comment based on companies reply:
Don't you find it strange that once I put a negative review you respond within 2h, but when I sent you email reminders on 9th and 10th of March you seemed to not be interested to contact customer to solve the problem.
Secondly I mentioned that you never provided purchase evidence documents once you delivered the product, this is against any business practice to not provide documentation on the purchase, how one then can provide proof or purchase?
And thirdly if I switched on the device to make sure it works. Like mentioned it has all the protective films, emblems etc. it was not used to fly, like I explained in the first place.
Form me your reply is just trying to save your companies reputation because I made a public review. You had/have my phone number what is the reason to not call the customer and try to solve the problem?

I am based in France, and was looking to buy a Fuji X100V camera. This model is almost out of stock everywhere and is currently hard to find at "normal" prices. After hours of browsing online, I found Dakauf who labelled the X100V as "In stock, ready to ship". I was quite surprise, so I contacted them via Facebook to double-check it was really in stock. I was surprised to receive an answer in minutes, saying they in fact had it in stock. Furthermore, I took my chance from this unknown website and placed my order. After 6 long days of "processing", my camera was finally shipped via DPD, which I could easily track. I received my X100V in Paris and realized this was indeed a real fuji camera with authentic Fujifilm label all over it. I am more than happy about it and I can't thanks Dakauf enough. I highly recommend this website !

Processing time was a bit long, but shipping was fast. Products were the cheapest on the market; everything was great.

Phone arrived even earlier than expected. The price was the cheapest I could find that time. And the phone itself is all good. So I am very happy with this purchase.

Delivery time was a bit long, but delivery date was clearly stated when ordered.
Had to contact support for updates (tracking number was added after requesting), but item arrived on time as promissed.
Packaging was pretty good, was buying a pretty expensive lens so was nervous about damages on the way, but it was delivered with two layers of padding, and working without issues.

Company profile looks to be conspiracy covered. But it works - tried out.

There are minor red or orange flags from other reviewers as company is not that much straight and transparent: registered outside EU, Georgia; sales office and phone number in Estonia; bank account Belgium; installment services Lithuanian and Estonian; price consultants links Latvian. Makes it hard to trace the roots.

PayPal payment option is claimed in Terms and Conditions, but not offered at check out;

At the same time there are no actual poor experience reviews here! Many shares positive experience. Hope for the best practice and give it a chance :)

P.S. Ordered camera arrived ROW (rest of world) market intended. Not EU market. That may be issue in case of official warranty claim at some point.
Package arrived from Latvia - with no any additional customs or other charges. That worked fine.

Bought Bose headphones here. Decided to select Dekauf based on reviews on Trustpilot and of course almost the lowest price available for these headphones in Latvia. The nice surprise was - how quick and swift eas the purchase/delivery process. Certainly suggest this shop.

I'm satisfied, product is correct and price was cheapest in market. Only some activities are missing to get 5 star: wayting time was two weeks and in this period wasn't enough info, what is going on. I found myself thinking - maybe that was scam. I checked homepage as well, but contact address in Estonia, look's not real. But after contacting client service I got fast and proper answer.

Ordered a lens, got it delivered in Estonia in the next 24 Hours after it was handed to the delivery service. Love the speed and the quality is great, package was perfectly secured and no dents or scratches was there. And prices is great, much cheaper than in the local stores!

Good service and enjoyable communication. I ordered Nikon Z6 II and the FTZ adaptor. The adapter was not available. The seller offered a better model without additional pay. It was a pleasant surprise to me. Thank You and success in future work.

Great website. Received the product in two days. Also, it was cheaper than anywhere else. One slight problem for my Sony headphones was the language being in Japanese for the manual. However, its all available online and changed the headphone language through the app.

I have placed an order for Fuji camera with lense. The last information I got is that my order is being processed. I have tried to contact Dakauf via Facebook Messenger and asked to check for my estimated delivery status. It was promised to check, but nobody answered. I have sent couple of e-mails, but no answer so far. I am getting a bit worried about this service and it is not 24/7 service availability as stated on the website. At the moment I am not even sure if I should cancel the order or wait until somebody gets in touch with me..

UPDATE:
After my negative feedback I have been contacted by Dakauf service team and got all needed information. I was surprised by how them do care about their service quality. I think that I was way too impatient when I decided to rate them so low. And of course I received all merchandise even earlier than was promised. Good work Dakauf team!
