Serive was very good, respond very quickly.
i was ordered a 35mm 1.4 gmaster lens, and it was 189 euro cheaper then official estonian Sony agency. I was waiting my package exactly 2 weeks, but its not a big problem and worth it to save my money. Thank you Dakauf team:)

Don't expect to get what you ordered
Ordered and paid for a lens that was in stock. After 10 days, when the shipment should have been delivered, I send a question about the order. I get the answer that they cannot deliver what I ordered. They don't offer a longer delivery time, nor do they explain why they can't deliver the lens.
As an apology, they offer a €10 coupon and immediately refund the purchase price, which is commendable. It may not be superfluous to use PayPal for payment. Who knows?
Otherwise, they answer emails quickly and correctly!

Unfortunately, the product you have ordered was on backorder at the moment of your purchase. When a product is backordered, we usually order it from our suppliers, but due to the current world situation and shortages, it is not always possible. Sometimes it might take quite some time for us and our suppliers to exhaust all possible options and we are not immediately aware that we won't be able to fulfill the order.
However, products that are explicitly marked as "in stock" are available right away, and the delivery time is usually less than 1 week.

Terrible support.
If you are starting to worry that your delivery is late, good luck connecting with support. Email will bounce back for some reason and on facebook they will read your messages but will not answer to any of them.
