Prompt, professional service.

We have been buying from DNM for years and love them! There was an issue with our most recent order but Chase went above and beyond to make it right. We love the products and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the risks that come with NOT buying natural/organic. Flame retardants and off-gassing are serious issues with mattresses, furniture, kids pajamas, etc. and need to be taken seriously. I'm thankful to have DNM to provide us with products we know are safe for our family!

We bought four organic wool pillows. Great product. Hit a couple bumps in the road with delivery. COVID-19 delayed manufacturing and shipment a good deal, also they accidentally delivered the wrong size on the first attempt. Through all of that Chase was responsive and apologetic and determined to make it right. Went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied, that meant a lot to us. We will buy from DNM again if the need arises.

I have bought 9 mattresses from them and have been thrilled with the customer service and the product. Love that the products are green and there is no off gassing. Chase has been Great to work with and truly knows what customer service is all about. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a superior product and experience.

Store owner helped me pick out an all natural latex mattress to replace an extremely expensive mattress I had purchased somewhere else that had indented spots after just 5 years that felt like sleeping in a burrow.

They helped me pick the right brand, and then the level of firmness that I liked best.

They were helping this other woman and got the manufacturer on the phone to explain something to her over speakerphone, which was above and beyond.

Delivery took a couple of weeks and we paid extra for haul away of the old mattress. Delivery company did a good job.

We are very happy with our new mattress so far and feel like we made the right decision with a natural latex model.

Chase helped and was just a really nice guy, great salesman and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and Chase.

Overall, we had a pleasant buying experience. We enjoyed working with Chase and appreciated his help picking the right mattress. DNM shared a ton of information with us about their mattresses and the quality of the products they sold. I had no idea the number of chemicals in most mattresses!

There were a few bumps in the process once we found out we had a defective mattress after sleeping on it a few nights, which is why I'm rating the experience a 4. I believe this issue is quite rare, but our replacement mattress had an issue before they delivered it so they had to order a third mattress for us. As a result, there was a longer window to get the right mattress delivered than we wanted of course, but Chase and team handed it all well and we appreciated them working to make the situation right.

This was by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered a custom made royal pedic mattress in July 2019. We were told that it would be delivered in 6 weeks. After calling repeatedly and being given the run-around we were told it would be here by Halloween, that turned into being here by thanksgiving, to being here by Christmas, to being here by end of January....skip to mid March it finally arrived! I special ordered a mattress due to allergies that I have. I got a doctors prescription and submitted and requested the mattress have no latex or wool. I am highly allergic to both. I start to feel unwell just being in the vicinity of the delivered mattress... I confirmed with the company it was the correct mattress. After airing it out and then finally trying it, I had massive full on body pain (that’s what latex does to me) for a week. The mattress had latex in it. I knew it had to with this kind of reaction from only being on it for a short amount of time. I contacted the sales person he verified yes, it is the latex model. I told him it needed to be picked up immediately as I can’t even be around it or have it in my house. It’s still here 3 weeks later. He said he could issue us a credit. A 5,000 mattress! No, we do not want to buy another mattress from you and wait another 8 months. Now they have just disappeared on us. No one picks up our calls or returns messages. We just want our money back and to be done with this company. It is only fair. After repeated calls, texts, and emails there has been no reply. We are very unhappy with the service, and want to issues a strong word of warning to NOT buy from this company find another one!

Excellent customer service.. Talked to Chase and told him my issues. I like soft and fluffy, SO likes firm..Chase found us just what we needed for both of us to get a great nights sleep. Highly recommend! Will be back.

After months of searching the recognizable mattress stores We found Dallas Natural Mattress online. Chase was incredible at walking us through their selection and what makes DNM inventory unique & special in this market/industry. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was NO "sales" pressure whatsoever; very relaxed atmosphere.

Chase accommodated some very specific requests and truly went above and beyond. We will be referring anyone and everyone we know to support this locally family owned source for top quality mattresses. We loved the healthy aspect to what DNM offers and could not be any more satisfied.

I can’t imagine trying to choose mattresses without the trusted guidance we received from Chase. Our house has burned down, and we had to choose quickly, with the virus bearing down on us all. He was caring and considerate, as well as extremely knowledgeable about mattresses , and helped us make excellent choices. He has gone way beyond what a typical salesman would do in this situation.
