Thank you Chris for such excellent customer service. I have finally realized how important a mattress is to our well being. Therefore, I have been researching mattresses for over a year. One of the several things I learned is that traditional mattresses are made with chemicals that can cause health issues. So, it is extremely important for me to find a mattress that is made with organic and nontoxic materials that give me the support and firmness that is best for me. I found a couple of mattresses online, but was very hesitant to buy anything without getting to see and lay on the mattresses. When finding out that Dallas Natural Mattress had the 2 mattresses that are of interest to me, I visited the store. The customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. Chris was so knowledgeable and he made me feel like every question I asked was important. I felt that it was also important to Chris to know that I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. I made 2 visits to the store and spent a total of a few hours asking questions and laying on the mattresses before making my decision. I also want to mention that the mattress I have finally chosen is much less at Dallas Natural Mattress than any other retailer I have found.

10 out of 5 stars! With the current Coronavirus situation, I was really hesitant about leaving my home. Using their online booking system, I scheduled a personal appointment. They closed the store to meet with me in order to limit exposure and for my wellbeing. Chase answered all my questions. He was amazingly knowledgeable. To further ease my mind, Chase hand delivered my mattresses. I have never received this type of personal service. You can bet that I’ll return to Dallas Natural Mattress and Chase for all my families sleep needs.

Love Dallas Natural Mattress! Christian is SO knowledgeable about the entire industry as well as the materials that go into the products they sell. They were very patient as we made our decision, delivered everything on time and we even went back for more! (Topper and pillow). If you want to sleep clean - in a chemical free environment - you should really check out what they have to offer. Would highly recommend.

Bought a mattress with expected delivery time given to us. When contacted, they told us it was delayed due to import restrictions due to covid19. To tide us over in the interim they loaned us a temporary mattress, pillows, and topper. Above and beyond service the whole way. I would recommend working with them to anyone who wanted a great bed and great honest people.

I came to Dallas Natural Mattress because they use all natural materials. As a chemically sensitive person, I was concerned about the reviews online of the new mattresses that come in a box, having a strong odor, and what a pain it would be to return one if it did. I found the perfect mattress for my situation at Dallas Natural Mattress and the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions.

Went in to Dallas Natural Mattress interested in purchasing a adjustable base & latex organic mattress. Spoke with manager Chris, he did not really give me a informative, helpful attitude, was really pushing their “in-house custom” brand. Asked when they were planning on having a “Sale”, he told me, “oh, the only thing that ever happens is sometimes the most expensive brand with throw in a free base promotion”. Went home, pulled up their Website & they are currently running a sale today he NEVER mentioned even when I asked! The price he quoted me on paper for 1 of the mattress alone was $600.00 more than on their website & my next runner up choice was $2000.00 less on their website! I guess being a 57 year old woman put a banner on my forehead saying, Rip Me Off. Really disappointing in this day & time a established retail store in my neighborhood would be so unscrupulous ☹️....

Chase helped me today and he was great and took the time to explain to me about all of the different mattresses! I can't wait for them to come in! Thank you for all your help and patience! Laura

Chris was exceptionally helpful. I was having a problem with my neck and needed better support in a pillow. He was able to assess my needs and "prescribe" the perfect pillow! I didn't even have to come to the store but was able to take care of all of this long distance. The pillow was delivered to me at my location and has solved my neck issue completely. A plus is that the pillow he recommended is all natural. Thanks Chris! I'll definitely return in the future.

A new mattress was my Christmas gift to myself and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Customer service was great and the delivery was so easy. Would definitely recommend!

An incredible store and wonderful mattresses! First off, EVERYTHING is chemical free! As a consumer, this was HUGE for me. On top of that, the mattresses are BEYOND comfortable!! The attentive and knowledgeable staff were amazing, and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new mattress come here first!

I cannot say enough about Dallas Natural Mattress!! I shopped around to big box chain mattress stores and found that either no one knew what they were talking about, or the pricing was insane for the cheap quality mattress they were trying to sell me.

At Dallas Natural Mattress I was immediately greeted by the nicest staff member who actually listened to my needs and budget. He was able to help me find the mattress of my dreams. He even gave me an amazing deal on a new adjustable base, which is great for family movie nights! I am sleeping better than I ever have before and without back pain for the first time in a very long time.

I knew I wanted something natural, but I didn't know there would be so many options. I'm in love and IT'S SO SNUGGLY! I got an all-latex mattress from Posh & Lavish and my.god. I didn't know it could be like this. I had an excellent experience through the process but really, the end result is what matters. I sleep like a baby and find myself going to bed earlier than I used to, simply so I can enjoy my bed. It's the best. Highly recommended.

No smells, more comfortable, longer lasting. Enough said. Check them out before buying. Love this store!

This was my second purchase from DNM. My first experience was wonderful and I expected the same the second time around. To be fair, my second experience was not "bad" (thus the 4 stars) but it had a few hiccups.

First, on my first visit I bought a twin sized mattress in the "firm" version of the store brand. I bought it for my young child but, as a mom, I have spent many a night on it and found it incredibly comfortable. When we decided to upgrade our old mattress from a queen to a king, I knew I wanted the same firm mattress we bought before. Unfortunately this one is like sleeping literally on the floor. The first night I hardly slept because I was so uncomfortable. I ended up same-day shipping a mattress pad from Amazon and thay provided enough cushion to sleep.

To be fair, I could have returned it - but only for store credit. And I didnt like the other, softer mattresses, and I couldn't afford any of their other brands. The mattress is fine with the additional topper but I was disappointed that in less than 2 years something so drastic had changed in their "firm" line. And even more disappointing that we explained exactly why we were purchasing that mattress (because we already had one.) If changes had been made, it would have been nice to know. But maybe they arent aware? Or maybe one of ours was a fluke?

As I said, the bed is fine now with the additional topper and I am hopeful that with use, it will only become more comfortable.

The second issue is that we ordered a $150 mattress protector, as one of our kids sleeps with us and we wanted to protect the mattress from day one. The mattress cover did not arrive with the mattress. Rather the delivery guys arrived with the mattress and a pillow. When I told them I needed a mattress protector, not a pillow, there was much confusion. It took the rest of the day to sort it out and the owner said that he couldn't find out mattress protector in his warehouse but that he would order a new one and drop ship it to us.

It took 2 weeks for the protector to arrive. After the first night, I elected to order one on Amazon (thank you, same-day shipping!) and called them back to ask about cancelling the other one. It was too late to cancel but he told me that once it arrived, I could return it for a full refund.

When almost 2 weeks had passed, I called to let him know I still had not received the cover. He went ahead and refunded the money (I was very surprised and grateful) and told me to just keep the cover if it came in. I assured him that I had no intention of keeping something that I had received a refund on (and especially a $150 item.) A few days later, it did finally arrive in the mail and I returned it.

Overall, our experience was fine and I will continue to recommend DNM to others. Just know that the "firm" mattresses will definitely need a topper! (As a side note, they did offer to sell us a rather squishy topper when we bought the mattress but I didnt want anything that soft)

The customer service is on point! Having a company make it right even at their cost is the definition of good customer service so I appreciate that!

I ordered a mattress on August 5. It’s October 17. I was told 3-6 weeks. It’s been over 2 months. No communication from Dallas Natural mattress. I call each week , leave messages and occasionally someone picks up the phone. They still cannot give me an arrival date. The standard answer is “probably about 2 more weeks.” I know the product will be great when I get it but we are sleeping in a borrowed mattress after moving and getting rid of ours. So ready for the new mattress! I would only advise ordering from Dallas Natural Mattress if you have 3-4 months time to wait for it.

The store is dilapidated and dirty. The display mattresses are old and filthy. The salesperson had no more than two minutes to talk to me. My visit was a complete waste of time. When I got home, I immediately took a shower.
