Paid for domain, all the emails they sent went to my Spam so because 30 days passed they had re-sold my domain...
edit: They are now attempting to charge a 'late transfer fee' at 80% of the cost I already paid for the domain.

Scam. Domains info is not disclosed. There are vast majority of used domains that have toxic link profiles that you cannot never get rid of. You will only see it with special professional tools.
Dan isn't responsible for anything, they will happily take your money and wont return even if asked the same day.
This is immoral since marketplace should protect buyers, this is not the case here. Better go to Sedo.com or flippa, at least you have some protection.
In a real marketplace, everything would be disclosed to the buyer. Dan resists to do that.

Took domain and resisted it for $7000
Had a payment issue with our domain. Domain expired and was taken by dan.com. They relisted it for $7000.00. SMH

If it was registered from someone else, they are able to list that domain name for sale on any platform they choose. It sounds like your domain name was listed for sale on our platform by the person that registered it after it expired.
