SCRAM.COM owes me $150.00 for a faulty piece of equipment. Me and the company that sells the equipment have both been trying to get our refund since 6/27/23 and we haven't heard anything from them. Are they going by a different name or have a different web site?

Previously, I used the services of purchasing domains on the website dan.com, but yesterday an unpleasant incident occurred. When I tried to buy a domain at a price of $5,000 by pay the money, I waited for several days to receive the domain, but ultimately I received a message with a refusal to transfer the domain, due to the fact that my nationality does not meet company policy. Provided that I do not live in the country where I was born, I am an entrepreneur from Dubai and pay for the purchase from my corporate account. I tried to find out what exactly the problem was, at first they told me that there were some sanctions against entrepreneurs from Dubai, I asked to clarify what, but they told me that they simply didn’t like me, period. I did not receive the domain, the money has not yet been returned to my account. It is very sad that we live in an era of corporate racism. This all looks like a funny joke but no, it’s really so, I copied the entire and will definitely publish it. Be careful if your nationality is not white European, you may be denied service.

Would be 5 stars if they told me in advance we'd have to go through a 3rd party for the transfer (had to set up an account with namecheap.com then wait) but otherwise it was an easy process.

I bought two domains that were both over $3,000 each.

Dan.com made it really easy to use and negotiate with the domain sellers.

Through dan.com I was able to finally buy a domain I been struggling to get for over 10 years!!!

The review below was meant for a different site. So so sorry. If you read it and it put you off, re think because it was posted by a silly billy who can't read that well.

I had a go at the trial but decided I didn't like it so I canceled. Not only was I charged twice for the trial, I have also had two full payments come from my account. This is totally absurd and I cannot afford to pay it. I have tried to call but the number wouldn't work, I have also sent an email and left a message on the website. I am totally at a loss.

I have used Errand Boys twice now and my daughter has used them as well. These guys are fast and efficient and very careful with a move. They even emptied my car for me! Their rates are great too.

Work is near and clean and hv maintained there standards

From making my initial purchase with this company to receiving the product the whole experience has been brilliant . The speed of delivery was outstanding and the product itself is excellent . Big hands up and well done from myself

This must be illegal.
They simply buy domains, do not use them and sell them at high prices. Therefore, whoever owns the legitimate name of their business cannot acquire it.
Horrible action. These terrible attitudes should not be allowed.

They keep sending me spam emails for years now trying to offer me domains .com when I am a local service provider business in Canada! 🤦🏽‍♂️
They offer me the domain GarageDoorBC.com for 350$
GarageDoorBC.ca is free and can be purchased 0.99$
They don't look like a legit company
Do your research before dealing with them

My domain address, and email ends in .ca because we are a Canadian business provide local services
Why would someone use .ca domain in USA? Doesn't make sense right? So why A Canadian local businesses will use .com domain??
You spamming me with those emails stating that this domain is very Important to me and that I should by it. But why would I buy garagedoorsbc.com for 500$ if I can buy garagedoorsbc.ca for 0.99 cents?

Unbelievably slow. For some reason dan.com doesn't have the domains they are selling in their registrar and the owners are slow to respond to dan.com, which makes the transfer process very painful.

Edit: 4 days later with no progress and customer support has been extremely unhelpful

So far the worst experience ever. Bought a $5,000 domain and then Dan.com immediately crashed. Then crashed twice more, so I had to wait until Monday because their tech support only keeps regular hours. It’s Monday and I spent two hours trying to get my DNS settings changed but there’s still an issue on their end. They told me to wait until tomorrow.

This company is just fraudsters and morons. They made me push name twice, transfer it 2 times. They are playing dirty games to keep your $ as long as possible and charge you insanely high commission.
Do not deal with them!!
