When things go wrong, there is no customer service
I’ve ordered that were available on the website. Afterwards I got email that Dandoy Sports don’t have it and it will take few days longer. After a week of silence I wrote cancellation email due to urgency of the item that I have ordered. That email was just simply ignored
In the end shoes were delivered, but that delivery was also a big chaos. Got emails that will come Thursday but in the end they came Friday
Overall, if something goes wrong. Experience it’s just horrible

Thank you for your feedback.
When you place your order on-line, you were inform that the items is not immediately available (orange light) before to confirm your order. This orange light mention that the item will be available within some days. In your case, it was 4 working days later.
About the delivery, all the shipping company try to inform customer when they will delivery but unfortunately, sometimes it can happen that it's not 100% respect.
Concerning the request of cancellation, if it's correct that you have ask for it, then it's a mistake from us. Can you please take contact with the customer service and send a copy of the mail you have send to us ? Because actually, we can't find any trace of this mail.
