Great customer service
Had a few issues with delivery to start with but was advised that a lorry had broken down on route for delivery which these things happen. Expressed my concern to staff that Ide taken time out of work to stay in and wait for delivery that day. Cannot fault the customer service the managing director personally came the next day to drop off my order which I’ve just received and a partial refund was given as compensation for the time lost from work.
