I put 5 stars because that's all I can DANDY is amazing for so many reasons, to start there communication is great, every time I reach out I get a response within the hour another reason I love DANDY is because of there products all are SO high quality and SO cute I personally have 7 DANDY products and frankly I want all of them they are basically PERFECT I have never had a better hoodie and I also love Kian and Mia! This is genuinely the best hoodie, jackets and bags I am just starting my collection and love them so much I doubt that Kian and Mia will see this but if you do my name is Lately and I would love to talk some time I don't know if you can find me but I just appreciate y'all so much! 🩷🩷🩷

Ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter…

Ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter .They charged me two times different amount . When I called them they said is may bank fault. When I called my bank they said is Dandy s fault . So i had to loose long time in the phone with them to fix it. Dandy gave me $ 10 because of it . To me I think is just a slap in the face . Also i think that the quality of it is not worth $ 90 . I will never buy it again .

I am so sorry this happened. As mentioned in our email to you, we did not charge you a second time, but this was an issue with a pending charge from your bank. We assured you the pending charge would not go through, and asked if it did end up posting to your account to reach out to us again and we would be happy to assist you from there! We even refunded your original order $10 for the trouble of you having to call your bank, despite only being charged one time.

Our customer service team did their absolute best to assist you, replying timely to your emails and reassuring you that the pending charge was not from us and would end up resolving shortly. Since we did not hear back from you, we were left to assume that the pending charge quickly reserved, and it sounds like it did!

If there is anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to email us. This is my small business and I do my absolute best to help customers. I apologize that you were disappointed with a $10 refund, but as mentioned, you were only charged for your original order that you placed with my business. We offered you a partial refund as a measure of goodwill for you going through the trouble of speaking to your bank regarding the pending charge.

I ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas, the wrong one did show up. However they were extremely quick to reply and help with getting things fixed up. Appreciate how great they were. Would definitely purchase again. Thank you so much!

Love all of their hoodies

Love all of their hoodies! The material is very high quality and even after a few washes the hoodie feels brand new. When I want to dress comfy or warm, this is my go to hoodie that makes me still feel cute!

Not a great company- or product-go elsewhere

Not a great company, their exchange/ return policy lacks and there is not a phone number to call for help. The hoodie has strings coming out, I would expect more for a hoodie that cost this much

Apologies about the hoodie drawstring! On our website, we have a hoodie care section and recommend tying the drawstring in a knot before washing to ensure it doesn't slip out in the washer. However, there is a video on YouTube we recommend to show how to easily thread it back in the hood. Feel free to email us and we would be happy to send you the link :)

Dandy is so good!

The best hoodie I have ever gotten with the best customer service! I got the road trip hoodie and the vintage pink road trip jacket. Unfortunately, the jacket had an upside-down patch, but Dandy was so sweet and kindly sent me a new one! I didn't even have to send my other one back. The hoodie and jacket had the best quality and were so comfy. I will definitely be buying more. I am so happy that I am now a proud owner of these hoodies. Dandy is definitely the best business I have bought from!

Colors Ran after ONE wash

We got our first Dandy hoodie for Christmas. Followed the washing instructions to the letter and the colors ran all over the back. It’s trash. Customer service was useless; they told me that “they test their garments to prevent washing issues.” Gee thanks, but I’m holding a hoodie that proves otherwise. Unbelievable and disgraceful at every level.

Buy the sweatshirt and thank me later

Literally the most amazing sweatshirt you’ll ever own. High quality, such cute and unique designs. You can tell the owners put their hearts and souls into every aspect of Dandy. I bought my most recent one during the holidays and figured it would be awhile before getting it. I’m not kidding you, I got it THE SAME WEEK. It was insane. Only warning I have is that once you have 1 you can’t stop buying more and all other sweatshirts are ruined for you! 😂

Payed 101 dollars for terrible shipping

Marked as delivered on January 11th, and I was so excited. Everyday, I checked the mailbox. It's January 16th, and still haven't received my package. I filed a claim, but now I have to wait another week, or probably longer. I wouldn't have paid 101 dollars for this hoodie if I knew it would take this long.

Nice Product, Frustrating Experience

I purchased five hoodies as Christmas gifts for my nieces. One of them arrived late, and when I contacted customer service, I was told—politely, but dismissively—that I must have misread the shipping estimate. I didn’t get the impression that they were particularly concerned or interested in finding a solution that worked for both of us.

Since I was out of town for the holidays, I didn’t receive the package until I returned home—only to discover it was the wrong hoodie altogether. I then had to spend my own time and money to ship it back, including paying $2.50 out of pocket for a UPS box.

As of January 16, I am finally receiving the hoodie I originally ordered on December 12. I now still need to wrap it and ship it to my niece, who never received her Christmas gift. While my other nieces did enjoy their hoodies, the overall experience was frustrating. I simply don’t have the time or desire to deal with issues like this.

$99 hoodie and red embroidery bled out

Bought a nyc hoodie for my daughter for the holidays. I would never usually spend $99 on a hoodie, but it was the holidays. It is a very cute hoodie. Felt like good quality. First wash, cold water, with light colors (including whites) and the red embroidery bled! No other red in wash, was a light wash, hoodie is light gray, and I'm very careful with red and do not buy anything red that I is cheap quality. Pink stains on the light Grey hoodie around the red designs and pink stains on a white hoodie and white school athletic uniform that I will now have to pay the school to replace. My daughter is so upset.

Update: changed review from 1 to 4 stars. I got in touch with customer service. They were apologetic about the red and sounds like there was unfortunately a bad batch. They asked if we wanted a replacement of the same hoodie or a different hoodie and it was quickly put through for delivery. Appreciate the great customer service.

Ignored me after Evri driver left parcel outside

Evri, the delivery company that Dandy use are well known for being extremely bad. The driver left my hoodie outside and stated it had been delivered to the household. I contacted Evri and they are investigating the driver who has a history of this. When I contacted Dandy they just ignored me. I even forwarded the email from Evri to Dandy as proof. Order#674612

Customer Service

Human review here! Customer service is outright very slow. I was in touch over a pricing issue which they told me they wouldn’t fix although I reached out only seconds after my order was placed (through both email and their website) and at this point, I’m too scared to even keep on waiting for responses over email that come in days late only for them to probably eventually tell me, “Well, by now, the return/exchange window has closed. We can’t do anything.”

I hoped they would be more understanding and helpful when I explained my situation to them but no one seemed interested in helping. I had to pay the extra fee at that point because there’s no way I spent that much money on a hoodie only for me to be unable to wear it. Really watch out for every little detail when you’re ordering from them. The hoodie is lovely, but barely any active customer service and no order cancellation is really difficult to deal with.

UPDATE: I was given the refund after this review was written, but it’s still much appreciated regardless of whether this review had an influence over that or not. Thank you Mia.

I just checked your emails and saw that our customer service refunded the shipping difference for the inconvenience.

As a small business during the peak weeks of winter, it can sometimes take 24-48 hours to receive a reply to an email. As we continue to grow, we hope to shorten this further.

I took a look at your email with my customer service girl and see that you accidentally ordered the wrong size. As per our disclaimer at checkout, during November and December, we are unable to modify/cancel orders due to our fast-paced shipping process, so I am sorry we weren't able to intercept the order for you.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service if there is anything more we could do to make this right. I want to make sure you have only the best experience shopping with us moving forward!

Do better Dandy…

Have purchased about 15 Dandy hoodies over the years for my two daughters and am familiar with how to care for them. Youngest got the light heather gray NYC hoodie as a gift from a family member- washed it once inside out by itself on a cold gentle cycle and the color bled creating pink splotches. Reading reviews I see I’m not the only victim! I reached out to the company and they responded quickly with basically “sorry about your luck, nothing we can do because you ordered it over a week ago”- but they didn’t even ask for an order number and ya, it was a Christmas gift so we had to order it early. Do better Dandy.
