I own 2 hoodies and I LOVE them both. They are my favorite hoodies! Customer service is great, I put the wrong shipping address and emailed them and they got back to me within an hour and helped me change my address super fast and super nice! The quality of these hoodies is amazing, so soft and comfortable.

These are the best hoodies and the company is great. The quality of the hoodies are amazing. The designs are so cute. I will definitely keep buying these.

I ordered several hoodies for my girls and they were over the moon! After receiving my order I decided to get one for myself. I got my order fairly quickly too. I love supporting this small businesses and plan on purchasing more!

Great hoodies! I saw that there were many fake Dandy websites to buy from that boasted cheaper prices, but buyer beware, only buy from official websites (seems like many of these reviewers didn't do that and blame Dandy). I have purchased several for my wife, my daughters, and myself. Warmest hoodies we own. I've paid for shipping when I needed the hoodie quickly for a birthday or gift. When I'm not in a rush for it I select the free shipping, and it takes a couple more days, but still arrives within the week. Only had to deal with one mishap and they quickly sorted it out and got me the right hoodie. I contacted them within the 14 day return exchange policy and they were very helpful. I look forward to purchasing more in the future.

The most soft and comfortable hoodies I’ve ever owned! I have several and keep one in the car at all times. Customer service has been great. Seems like some of the other reviewers might have ordered from a dupe website because my order arrived quickly and they processed a return super easily.

My Dandy sweatshirts are my go to for warmth and comfort with style! There are so many unique designs and I love all of the color choices, not to mention that the material quality is top notch!

I would give a zero-star rating to this company if I could! I received the hoodie I ordered, but I wanted to return it for a refund. When I started the return, the message said that it was not eligible for return. I tried initiating the return three times, but got the same message each time. Then I tried contacting them via email, but the address on the packing label came up as not a valid email address. I am so upset that I have no way to return this very expensive item for a refund. They offer an option to get store credit, AS IF I WOULD FALL FOR THAT! They get the merch back (with shipping at MY expense), and they have my money AND the hoodie! I won’t fall for that. I guess they think I just fell off the vegetable truck.

Item never arrived. It has taken 5 months to even get them to acknowledge that it is not coming and now they won't provide a refund. It's been a nightmare. Do not shop with them. Online only. Email only. Everything takes for ever to deal with.

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. It took a long time to arrive but did come by Christmas. However even though every other hoodie my daughter wears is a size medium, this size medium hoodie was very large on my daughter. She was still really excited to have this design but in a size that fits. I asked to exchange for a smaller size but was told no as I had bought the sweatshirt during a “sale”. Which was still $80 for a sweatshirt… so very overpriced for what it is. Now we have have a very expensive item of clothing no one is going to use. I didn’t even ask for a return..: just an exchange, but was still denied. Terrible customer service, this company won’t be in business long.

I live in the united states so shipping was said to be 6-10 business days and my package took the better part of a month and a half just to come 3 sizes too small. The packing slip still in the package even said the correct size. Customer service was fast to get back to me but for this being such an expensive item this should not be a problem. I now have to send it back and they will send me a new one in however long that is gonna take. As a college student this is incredibly inconvenient. Dont recommend. The sweaters are nice but dont constitute the price at the end it is just a hoodie.

It was not obvious on the website that they don’t take international refunds or exchanges so I am now stuck with a very expensive hoody which I bought for my daughter, but not the correct one (yes my mistake)
It should state all over the website, not in the returns policy that exchanges and refunds are not posssible.
Would not recommend this company to anyone, not a “worldwide” company. We behind the times with its policy. Do not use

Absolutely pathetic customer service for international customers.

There is no phone line to contact, the online contact facility just gives vacuous responses.

By way of detail on my experience. I really wanted a lavender hoodie, I ordered a blue one as a last resort as the lavender were temporarily out of stock and I had received the usual pressure email of “order now while stocks last”…shortly after placing the order - an hour or so - i received a separate email indicating the lavender hoodies were back in stock. I immediately went on line (having called but the phone was unmanned) and set out my conundrum and requesting an exchange for the lavender item.

The response I received can only be described as the default “no can do”. Worse still the option proposed was take delivery of blue item - which will take weeks to arrive in Ireland -and then send back for request of exchange to lavender. If I have to do that I’ll be lucky to have a lavender sweater by march 2025. In addition as the shipping and taxes cost €30+ the idea of return and reorder makes this a prohibitively expensive proposition.

For a business that ostensibly is operational for 4+ years it’s shocking that they can’t intervene on an order which would definitely have just been in initial dispatch location / warehouse. There was not effort at all made. Suffice to say that I’m a very disappointed purchaser as this is a Christmas gift for a family member.

To all fellow international prospective customers.. caveat emptor / beware when ordering as my experience is that simple product exchanges cannot be facilitated.
