Helpful shop assistants. I bought a long runner rug off the whim and asked if u could try it home and return it if it wasn’t right and they said that would be fine as long as I had the receipt.
I absolutely loved the rug- it is perfect! Such good quality. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for and so reasonably priced for a long rug.

This store has a large range and availability of Ilse Jacobsen items, these are the shoes that I wear for comfort.
Always a pleasant reply if I have a query and a very fast and efficient service after I order.

The 3 bracelets that fit are fine, but I received no reply whatsoever when I requested a return of 2 magnetic clasp bracelets that were too small for the recipient. I wrote politely immediately on receipt and then again a week later (in response to a mail asking me to rate my experience) so it appears I am stuck with those and none too happy.

Gorgeous shop and gorgeous team. The stock changes often and so there are always lovely items to look at. The customer service is amazing. They are so kind to me and my mother. It's our favourite place to shop.
